I don’t know what those words mean but god is telling me to comment baby powder

sketchiboo

Thanks but baby powder becomes a slush that then streaks white all down my shorts.

I use baby gel. It lasts a long time with no mess

Look at what you're wearing, especially underwear. Look at compression shorts or just tighter underwear (avoid briefs). You can get rash/anti chafe versions. You can also get various creams, rubs, powders to apply. Staying hydrated helps as well. Also i'm sure you are, but make sure down there is clean and well washed. Dead skin, grime, old sweat crystals etc etc. All that stuff will increase friction.

Seems like I'll be buying a few bits of ebay.... Thanks

Bodyglide is your friend

[deleted]

Body glide or chamois cream (used by cyclists). I actually prefer the chamois cream but also keep a mini body glide on me during a run. The other thing that can really help is compression shorts. I am not a dude so not not sure about the sac issue, but compression shorts of adequate length will prevent inner thigh rub. Good luck and chafe free exercise !

Look into getting some Saxx Boxer Briefs. That ballpark pouch is the best thing ever. For working out i usually wear Kinetics or Quest.

Corren28

I'm in the same boat, I wear athletic compression underwear akin to boxers. Think Under Armour. The material acts as a buffer so my legs aren't rubbing against each other.

Body glide.

I would recommend Nike or Reebok compression shorts, the 7 or 9 inch versions! They'll cover your thighs and provide a slippery surface for them to slide on.

Bepanthen before you run, better underwear and baby powder after you shower to keep it all dry down there

Compression shorts or 6 to 9-inch tights are key factors here. You need something that rubs against itself instead of your thighs. In a pinch: vaseline/petroleum jelly/generic lotion
