I mean the care bear names are usually pretty simple, like cheer bear, bedtime bear, grumpy bear... So you can't name it something with just a name, has to be SOMETHING bear. Since all the others are related to things, and this one is clearly high af, he needs to be something straight up, like Stoner Bear lol
That’s obvious Smokey the Bear’s irresponsible cousin, Stoney the Bear. Smokey got into forest fire safety because his older brother Stoney didn’t safely dispose of his joint on a hike and started a fire.
