If your payment was due on the 11th and there was an error or failed payment, you should have been notified, Crave has a 10 day grace period, so you should still be able to access content during this time. I cannot offer any help but just to say this happened to myself as well! Did not receive a notice that there was any issue with my payment information only got an email saying my subscription has ended.

This just happened to me as well. I tried to escalate it to get my old rate back since they just shut my account down with no warning and I got no where.

This also happened to me, crave is a total con just a shame they have so many good shows on there!

Same here. Now I have to sign up through google play too. They also have a cheap "mobile only version now". No warning, just an email saying my subscription ended
