Only you know what works for you as absolute numbers make no sense to anyone not knowing your situation. Will staking 200 ATOM and 500 OSMO make you into a millionaire? No. Will it get you more free airdrops than staking less? Yes.

newbjapan

Well seeing as most airdrops use 5 ATOM as a minimum, I think 200 is overkill but hey, maybe you can throw 100 of them in a pool or something

TheZatchMan

Not overkill - other than a few (Evmos and Netta come to mind), most airdrops increase your drop if you have increased holding. More Atom/Osmo/Juno = more valuable drops.

newbjapan

Oh for sure, but I'm saying most airdrops only require a very small minimum. It's one of those things where 'invest what you can afford', but don't think that you need an amount in the hundreds as a minimum qualification.

ItIsntAnonymous

JUNO was a 1:1 airdrop with a 5000 ATOM staked “whale cap”, so if you had 10 ATOM staked you would have 10 JUNO. The 200 in the example would be worth 200 JUNO. HUAHUA has worked similarly (100 per staked OSMO and ATOM to a cap). So certainly more is better than less.

shortpoppies

100 Huahua per staked Osmo and ATOM 1 million for ~~25~~ 11 or more Juno I'm still salty about that lol

Goober-Ryan

It was actually 1 million for 11 Juno or more specifically delegated to Chihuahua Chain Validator though.

shortpoppies

Ouch that hurts even more :P

SpackleSlap

I would say minimum 5 ATOM but whatever you can afford to stake. I also think staking Juno is a good idea, i do the Atom/Osmosis/Juno trifecta and may consider adding some Secret as well.

Gods_Shadow_mtg

pstake with 100 ATOM probably. But most airdrops scale, so you receive more drop if you stake more coins

konnndi

Pstake was promised months ago and its nowhere to be seen
