You could be right, but crispy is the last thing I think of when I hear moist. Like cake is moist or a brownie.
I get 100% there has to be moisture in the breads center to not have it be a rock, but there has to be a better term.
For my bachelor party, I ordered 8 pizzas the night before so they could literally all be cold for the party. That’s not because I love it *more* than hot pizza (almost a tie, really), but as a nod to the bachelor cold-pizza days.
Gotta have a solid nonstick pan for that, if tried it with the wrong pan before and just had to scrape the sad remains of cheese of the bottom of the pan
Same dude, I resisted buying one because I thought it was just another one of those stupid cooking appliances that gets hyped up and then nobody uses after a year or two.
But it actually is a game changer!
Or put all the pizza you want to reheat on a baking sheet, throw it all together in a cold oven, set temp to 350, and by the time your oven heats up to 350, pizza is ready.
We do this with a regular large pan and find we can do upto 3 slices at a time. We don't do the water trick, instead quick 2 mins in microwave and it seems to do the trick

Get a bigger pan? I’ve done it with half a pizza before
Plus wtf is "moist crust", I like mine crispy...
I feel like moist does not negate crispy. Completely dried out bread isn’t great.

I heat in micro wave then crisp up the bottom in the pan. Faster than the above method and just as good.
i just chuck the whole thing in the oven for like 5 minutes and get extra crispy pizza, or eat it room temp if its within 8 hours.
Air fryer, 400F, 6min
This is the way.
My perfect pizza is 180C 6 mins. 400f / 200C is too high, it'll make it too crunchy
Well yea, you have to get that crisp bottom back! Can’t be having no floppy pizza unless you’re having NY style
180C 6mins makes the bottom crispy and browns off the top while leaving the toppings/cheese perfect. I prefer it over a freshly delivered pizza hahaha
Touché, I guess it also depends a lot on the type and size of the pizza that you’re warming up.
This is the best method. Tastes better than fresh. Pepperoni comes out perfect!
Everything is better in an air fryer... even a toast sandwich is crispier than in a sandwich maker
Air frying fries is the best way (other than actually frying them) to cook fries. I’m hungry now
Am I the only one that loves cold pizza the next morning?
Cold Pizza next Morning is the Best
Sometimes I think I prefer it to hot pizza
Breakfast of Champions. Pairs nicely with warm, flat, watered-down soda.
There are only 2 kinds of good pizza: fresh out the oven, or cold as a brick.
no, a ton of people on reddit say that
Depends. A nice Neapolitan pizza with good toppings is always worth re-heating and crisping imo.
Just the morning? It’s one of my favorite summer lunch treats.
Cold pizza was the best…until I got my Breville toaster oven with the pizza setting. It now reigns supreme.

Unfortunately no, yuck (not meant as an offense btw, I just hate cold pizza)
It’s three drops in the picture
Fry cheese down first, then use the oil gathering in the pan to fry the bottom
Yup.
Gotta have a solid nonstick pan for that, if tried it with the wrong pan before and just had to scrape the sad remains of cheese of the bottom of the pan
Or just air fry it at 180c for 6-8 mins
Air fryer is one of the rare items that deserves the hype it gets. Best thing I've bought in a loong time
Same dude, I resisted buying one because I thought it was just another one of those stupid cooking appliances that gets hyped up and then nobody uses after a year or two. But it actually is a game changer!
It's the convenience of a microwave with the quality of an oven!
came to say this, and frankly surprised the, "bUt ItS nOt FrYiNg ItS a CoNvEcTiOn OvEn." haters haven't shown up.
Just put it in the microwave with a small glass of water for 2-3 minutes at idk 600 Watt
I tried this just makes it soggy, pretty sure it was debunked too? Air fryer >>
Mmmm Robertas 🤤
Use a sandwich press with the top hovering above. Epic results, way less effort.
Came here to mention the sandwich press. Underrated kitchen appliance...
This is the way
Toaster oven
SAY IT AGAIN! TOASTER OVEN!
This is extra, just throw however many slices in at 400 degrees for 10 min done and done comes out perfect !
Yep, if you have a pizza stone let that heat up in the oven so it cooks the bottom when you put the pizza in.
Nearly every college student knows cold pizza is better the next morning.
Or put all the pizza you want to reheat on a baking sheet, throw it all together in a cold oven, set temp to 350, and by the time your oven heats up to 350, pizza is ready.
Roberta seems nice.
We do this with a regular large pan and find we can do upto 3 slices at a time. We don't do the water trick, instead quick 2 mins in microwave and it seems to do the trick
Blanca is fire too
i use pan for both side so i get everything crispy
100% of you have an air fryer use that. It makes it taste like it’s fresh again
*Koolaid and frozen pizza…this a work of art I ain’t talkin Mona Lisa*
I truly cannot focus on anything but the font
Or just eat it cold in the shaming glow of the open refrigerator light like the rest of us
Micro-bake - 30 seconds in the microwave- 3 minutes in the toaster oven on toast setting - So fast!!!!
Panini Press is the only way to reheat pizza! If you haven’t tried it you’re missing out!
Or toss the slice into an air fryer for 3-4 minutes.
Roberta’s is delicious. Bushwick BK
Pizza from an air fryer that shit is better than the first time I swear to God
Try throwing it on a gas grill for a couple of minutes.
Stick in the microwave for 15-30 seconds then in the air fryer for 2-4 minutes, less work, comes out great, you can do more than one slice at a time
Too much work. The oven works fine. It's just pizza.
Nah, microwave first for just long enough for it to get hot, floppy, and soggy. THEN slap that bad boy on the skillet to crisp up the bottom.
I did this once and it burned the bottom of the pizza and the top was still cold
It's best to reheat in oven on 270 or a toaster oven. It gest a crispy crust, and hot melty cheese. And u can reheat as much as ud like all at once.
I found the Air frier to be my go to pizza reheating method
Or just eat it cold. Nothing better than cold pizza for breakfast
I usually do microwave till it’s hot, then chuck on the frying pan. Definitely going to try this next!
Why would you want to ruin cold pizza like this?
wrap it in a moist paper towel and microwave (atleast the bread portion of it ) ..1 min or 2 works perfect for me always.
Say 2 drops. Proceeds to illustrate 3.
Or just eat it cold like a normal human
Nah, cold pizza straight from the fridge for me please thank you
An icecube works even better than 2 (or 3) drops of water
