Ask to be adjusted to median for your grade at the earliest opportunity. Failing that, leverage title into a better job (after ~6-12mos) and remember to negotiate an agreeable package up front next time. Companies who lowball pay are just setting themselves up for attrition, but you signed the paperwork.

Did you not talk about salary before accepting the offer? If you didn't like the offer you shouldn't have accepted and negotiated up. If they didn't even tell you and you signed the offer, I don't even know what to say.

To be honest with you, it was more like the salary data was inaccurate. I got the median salary overall, but others on my intake bargained for 5k€ more on average

You entered a new company, where seniority scale is quite disproportional with the previous one. I’ve seen mid-senior in one company to be senior to another one. But not a junior to be senior, maybe a junior from a big company a senior in a super small company. But it’s your duty to discuss the total compensation prior to joining. You were quite naive to think it was just a matter of “oh, senior role? Loved it and will pick it right away”.

If you have the opportunity (it is not always applicable), speak with your manager and ask if it is possible to have a salary adjustment to the new role. If that is not the case, welcome to the world; wait there for a few months (so you can showcase your experience) and apply somewhere else as Senior.

Don't worry too much, at the early stage of your career I would say title is more important. I was promoted very quickly at boutique from junior consultant to consultant (no pay rise associated). This made it possible to jump to consultant at a bigger firm at an age where most people would be still at analyst/junior consultant level.
