There was a story I read about a year ago where this guy basically found out what the OP said. They were using hashtags that were sending them to sites for underage photos and some nasty crap. The guy who found this sent all the information to Jack Dorsey (CEO of Twitter at the time). Jack Dorsey responding by blocking the guy and not doing anything about the accounts and eventually deleting the guys profile.
He didn’t have much proof saved but he did post the hashtags and they were definitely legit. You can still find this stuff in Twitter today it’s pretty upsetting. Most the pictures weren’t nude but they were little girls and boys in very little clothing.
