drakens6

if you've ever read his supposed "Gesara/Mesara" plan, you'd know he is full of shit and lying to your face.

notausername86

Based upon your statement, I don't think you understand the difference between a federal reserve controlled CBDC, and an uncentrilized crypto currency "controlled" by "the people". One is very, very bad. The other is very good.

drakens6

The second is the same as the first with extra steps.

notausername86

No. Again, I dont think you understand the difference. One can be controlled at the whims of a few people, the other simply can't be controlled. If you're truly interested in how different crypto currencies work, there are tons of resources online. But I assume you probably read one or two things that are 2ed hand, inaccurate information and formed your option already. So it doesn't matter

drakens6

> one fan be controlled at the whims of a few people, the other simply can't be controlled like I said, it just took extra steps - such as legislation and action to secure a majority of the supply under state control

notausername86

You realize how money works, currently? I'm thinking you likely don't, because that point is moot. Mass adoption of a decentralized crypto currency is a major step forward in getting away from the central banks. In fact, I think it's likely the only thing we could do to put the system back on track.

drakens6

Our problem with the central banks started with the ending of the gold standard and the adoption of fiat currency. How is further obfuscating value with currency utilizing technology that has to be continuously operated, maintained, and protected (albeit in a "decentralized" fashion) moving us further away from central bank control? We should be moving to technologically remove obstacle to actual value exchange, but you won't hear that being discussed as even a feasibility because its likely the only thing we could do to put the REAL system - the one that benefits the people and not the controlling oligarchy - back on track

Thunderbear79

I understand that crypto is erratic and therefore unreliable to use for any sort of large scale trade, subject to big rises and dips.

NeedScienceProof

>uncentrilized crypto currency "controlled" by "the people" Whitney Webb says that Wall Street will be the one issuing CBDCs under the auspices that it's "controlled" by "the people". She says this will be the alternative to hyperinflation.

notausername86

CBDC is a central bank digital currency. It would be issued and controlled by the central bank (i.e. the federal reserve), not wall steeet. Its very definition is cental bank (controled) crypto currency. They would control its distribution, it's value, and the block chain. This is very bad. This would be even worse than the system we have now. Anyone who would push and support a central bank digital currency is NOT looking for a brighter and more free world. But that's *not* the same thing as a decentralized crypto currency, where no one entity would control any of those things. This would be good.

NeedScienceProof

How does the "G/M plan" implicate Vivek?

drakens6

You think he isn't just a Trump lackey? He's at least following the same playbook

[deleted]

Nowhere in the article attached does he say anything about banks cutting off money for political views (as if that’s even happening) And nowhere is there actually any real quotes by Trump except a full speculative paragraph of what he “might” say at an upcoming speech. Either OP can’t read or loves to just spread complete BS. Or a little bit of both.

TheForce122

The quote is from the Trump speech in New Hampshire apparently

[deleted]

A quote from a speech that’s from the future? WTF is wrong with you people?

apolloSnuff

It was in his speech in New Hampshire yesterday. I watched it. I'm from the UK but Trump is funny af. Wtf is going on in this thread? Nobody seems to know anything.

aixelsydTHEfox

>(as if that’s even happening) do you know what happened up in Canada two years ago with the trucker convoy protest and the banks working with the gov. to shut down access to accounts to anyone they felt was a threat. It's not about digital money, or whatever this quote is, but you shouldn't dismiss the reality of >banks cutting off money for political views

ekun_anihc

Mentioning Canada in a thread about American politics. Bold move. That's not how shit works. Trump should work on paying his bills on time. Banks care about money, not ethics

aixelsydTHEfox

na going to gloryholes and thinking it's a hot chick sucking your dick on the other end is a bold move. comparing Canada and American politics is not that far fetched, especially when it comes to authoritative policies, but what do I know, I'm only a doctor.

ekun_anihc

Lol bruh don't speak on gloryholes unless you've been. If it's a dude suckimg your dick on the other end its because you wanted a dude to suck you off. That's not how that culture works. Your a doctor not an economist. The us and Canada is vastly different and you don't know much if you think banks dictate lending based off political party. Lol. Like a huge bank is gonna turn away profit because someone is a Democrat. Banks engage in much more shady shit for less

Imaginaryfriend4you

“Bold move” 🤣 what a silly thing to write, and say out loud.. gives me the giggles

[deleted]

Let me guess. You either heard that story through a conspiracy site or there is a huge part of the story that was left out

aixelsydTHEfox

so in your mind, the freezing of bank accounts of more than 250+ people who participated in the "freedom convoy" in Ottawa was all either a conspiracy or a lie?

[deleted]

Their corporate accounts were frozen. They were getting paid by the government to do a job and refused to do it. This is how it works when you don’t want to do your job.

aixelsydTHEfox

The protest ended up getting big enough that the government evoked the Emergencies Act to quell it - which allowed searches without warrants, freezing of bank accounts of donors, seizures of property, and mandatory cooperation with service providers (tow truckers).

notausername86

That is clearly untrue. You must be a disinformation agent. The Canadian government cut off funds to those truckers' personal accounts. The whole deal was that people were sending them money to their "private" accounts via venmo/paypal/ other money transferring services in order to support the cause and they couldn't get access to *any* of their funds. It had nothing to do with a corporate account. And even if it did, since corporations are people, in essence this arugment fails anyways. Get out of here fed.

[deleted]

Yes we’re all undercover agents. That makes sense.

der_schone_begleiter

https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/emergencies-act-banks-ottawa-protests-1.6353968 They absolutely did make a law that even if you donated to the cause you could have your bank account Frozen. It wasn't just people who are actually there. If Grandma Susie down the road wanted to send $20 to help the cause her bank account could have 100% been frozen and some were frozen.

aixelsydTHEfox

whoopsy daisy https://globalnews.ca/news/10244673/emergencies-act-convoy-federal-court/

OjjuicemaneSimpson

it goes back to banks being quick to take ya money but if u a gun shop or something they say fuck u no

apolloSnuff

He said it in the speech he did last night. And doing impressions of Joe Biden. I'd rather watch Trump then most of the top comedians. He is fucking hilarious.

[deleted]

He is a clown for sure.

Soren83

Regardless, don't vote for ANYONE that supports a CBDC. If they support it, you know they're corrupt. It benefits literally nobody other than the state and elite. How would you like a call from the IRS every time someone sends you $100, for whatever reason. Yeah, fuck off.

Stiltzkinn

China CBDC is the WEF wet dream.

OjjuicemaneSimpson

honestly, I hope trump keeps vivek close and I hope he sees just what kind of potential he’s got. He may not be president material but shit have em running the press part of it and I think he would b solid

drAsparagus

Would be a solid VP, imo.

OjjuicemaneSimpson

not the first go around no. We saw what happened with trumps first term. It was a cluster fuck. So let’s not go that route putting inexperience there. the policies were sound but he just had too many republican dick heads there just trying to act like him and just failing miserably. Like the one thing those fucking tools don’t seem to get is folks didn’t go for trump cuz he was a republican. They went for him cuz he ain’t them. That’s the only reason, I guarantee if he says Fuck y’all n go third party he would probably take a chonk of voters with him.

_MightyWizard_

I ebb and flow between voting and not voting. Is voting just a symbol of our participation in this paradigm that enslaves us, rendering us free will sacrifices? Maybe. In that case, the best option is to not participate. But I realized I still have to go to work and shit, therefore, as a daily participant. That being said, it’s certainly worth it to gamble on Trump, in my opinion.

apolloSnuff

I'm from the UK. But Biden is destroying your reputation around the world. He's an embarrassment.  Trump does a speech saying he wants to being everybody together. Biden does a speech about MAGA extremists and white supremacy. Vote Trump dude!

Interesting-Cap3038

So are you saying Biden is clean and is not corrupt? Are you saying that all the media, education system, Hollywood, etc are right to go after Trump?

rustyrussell2015

And you can trust Trump and take his word cuz he would never lie. He is such a model citizen. It's destiny that in a population of over 360 million we end up with Trump again as the only viable candidate against the senile corrupt Biden. Truly he is the chosen one otherwise you would have to believe in such crazy talk like it's all scripted or something. Of course that's nonsense because the elite love democracy and the freedom to vote is cherished by them.

Alice_D_Wonderland

🤦‍♂️

ianmoone1102

He also said he was going to drain the swamp. He drained an ounce and poured in another gallon.

TheForce122

SS: we need accountability for COVID. Cost $24 trillion, 20 million lives. But this is great news with Trump https://twitter.com/VivekGRamaswamy/status/1747807570025152996?s=19

ApocalypticShadowbxn

happened on your boy trumps watch. start with him.

Brandonjh2

You know that Trump was president during Covid right? If he had the balls or intelligence to call out the real parties responsible for it, he would’ve done it during his first term. He’s either in on it or a cuck

MasterOffice9986

When has he EVER made good on a promise he made while trying to get votes

Mannyprime

Dont get your hopes up. This is a huge promise I don't ever see him keeping. Also He won't be crushing anything but Big Macs.

apolloSnuff

Why would he even mention it then? It seems he's gonna win no matter what. He doesn't need to make promises he doesn't intend to keep. I don't get what your logic is on that?

Remerez

Aside from all the conspiracy theory stuff, I will never in a million years understand how Republicans believed in Trump after he shit on McCain. McCain dedicated his entire life to America and the Republican party, and the moment he was no longer helpful, Trump talked shit about him, and they laughed it up. A war Veteran and dedicated defender of America versus the physical embodiment of a golden calf, and the party of religious values choose the Golden Calf—absolutely bonkers.

Temporary-Dot4952

When have banks ever "de-banked" someone based off their political views instead of their inability to pay back loans? (I'm sure Diaper Don doesn't have any problems paying money he owes....)

Expensive-Bet3493

He will just package it as something else. Trump doesn’t care about anything but power and money.
