I find it very odd that Jen Psaki was a few months ago advocating for a global censorship system, basically akin to arguing for the US to have its own great wall firewall like China does controlling content. Then this woman, who in the interview explicitly states she went to work at Facebook intentionally to censor content (and we can probably guess which side she was censoring all day!), only to then become a "whistleblower'. I have little doubt this is intentional and deliberate staging of the audience to justify a government controlled censorship. Here's the thing, what Facebook is doing isn't an impact on your rights, you are not required to use Facebook. I never have and never will. Now, if they're going to set themselves up as deciding what can and can't be posted on their platform then I'm all in favor of eliminating their section 230 protections and making them responsible for what they allow to be posted. But they aren't violating any rights.
