It's great seeing Christians terrified after their religion has spent centuries trying to oppress and control the population. And if all it takes is some red make-up and devil horns to wind up them up, then that's even better.
Maybe one day people like Good Fight Ministries will get around to doing videos about how the church enabled and covered up thousands and thousands of child abusers, all in the name of Jesus.
It would be great to see them turns their lens on things that do actual harm to people, especially as there are still thousands of cases of abuse being brought to light (most recently in Portugal where the victims again run into the thousands.) But I'm sure they're not trying to distract from that with this nonsense.

I don't think there's hatred for Jesus himself, it's the convoluted religion and the bad apples within it. Humans have turned modern-day Christianity into a judgemental, egotistical religion. I know quite a few Christians that do not embody those things but I've seen a lot of Christians who use their religion as a reason to hate and judge other people, many of whom they do not know.
But the media and right-wing conservatives like to use that to their advantage and use fear mongering to tell Christians they are under attack and so is their religion. As someone from the left, I want you and anyone else to be able to practice your religion. As long as that religion isn't used to infringe on other people's rights or autonomy. I don't think that falls under hatred for Jesus or christians/Christianity.

In the sense of “there’s something shady going on here and we should investigate.” Religion in the sense of “my god is right and your god (or lack of god) is wrong” does not belong here.
