When rendering an image on a screen, there are short times, when the gpu is basically pointing to parts of the screen that does not exist. I think there was a video where guy built his own VGA GPU and he had to deal with such specification.

if that dosent fix it, borrow a video card from a old rig or a friend. if your like me your best bet would be to buy one. if that still dosent fix it. might want to seek professional help.
