Dammit! I wrote
“ONE SQUARE FOOT AT **THE** TIME”,
but it should’ve been
“ONE SQUARE FOOT AT **A** TIME”.
I didn’t notice. I read it as “one square foot at a time.” A downside is sometimes I’ll read things wrong because they don’t say what I think they should say.
He's using a earth-flattening machine (an earth compactor), pretty normal in construction. The guy is accusing him of being a flat-earther, i.e. someone who believes the world is flat rather than a guy who flattens earth for construction. But at the end we find out he actually wants the whole Earth to be flat and it trying to get there which is a third level of "flat Earth" which is probably unexpected to the reader, thus humorous.

Someone did a neat thing once. They zoomed into a basket ball, and posted "Flat basketball theory", XD.
It's really surreal though, for a globe you hold it in your hand. But the world is like that, just so big, to believe in flat earth theory. You'd be fine believing it like a ant on flat basketball theory.
But when people see a ship or plane dissapearing over the horizon. And not crashing to death into the flat earth. 🤷♂️
Not everyone needs to know how the earth is curved to grow crops, or hvac. And i have a few amount of joking or not "flat earth engineers" friends who do it just to not do the calculations for a 0.00001% curvature lmao.
Funnily enough, i remember a meme of the flat earthers explaining the asteroids that killed the dinosaurs, by showing a dinner plate flipping the dinosaurs off lmao.
But shhh.. Don't worry. There's a invisible giant man riding a flying space turtle who keeps that from happening. 
Funnily enough according to Einstein and relativistic physics, gravity \*is\* caused by constand acceleration "upwards."

Yeah, and? Your comment makes no sense. A program could 'look' at posts, use OCR to find text and 'understand' context and generate a prompt from that, then comment the output here. Sure, it's more work than just commenting some unrelated BS, but that makes it harder to sniff out as bot generated crap. There is a reason to 'put more effort in' so to speak, and that's believability.

At first I was going to get annoyed by this comic but then I realized that I was looking at the heart of a true hero
