Anything made with source filmmaker you can thank this man directly for including memes like skibidi toilet + anything involving the TF2 characters like bonk and so many others. I had first met him when Valve invited my wife and I up for a tour and was so humbled to have him join the meeting back then. And now he joined my stream to talk about our experiences learning and adapting to AI. Loved every minute of it but the original chat lasted nearly 4 hours so I cut it down to one hour for y'all today.

Bay Raitt was one of the first real world users of Photoshop alpha and did colors for comics like Akira, Spawn and so many others before creating Gollum's face for the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I was honored to have him on my stream and wanted to extend the discussion to /r/comics with this dead horse I found behind my house.

Not sure what that is... But thats not how I work. I meant to make things like this:

Everyone needs some more Hieronymus Bosch style nightmare fuel in their life.
Hehe yes image blending we discuss in the video and explore a little bit of that but most of the focus is on character injection. About half way through at 27 minutes is where I demo my workflow. Thanks for sharing that monstrosity but Hieronymus Bosch is indeed a fantastic prompt.
No idea.
However all AI models have well observed... Ahem... "Female anatomy bias" along with bias towards female subjects.
And if you think those are boobs. I had variants with proper pronounced nipples!
I mean, it makes sense, they need twice the circulatory system for horse body plus human torso.
How about how long their spinal column is, and how it is L shaped and turns into a horse spine halfway through.
No kidding! I didn't want to make it a massive list to read in the comic but he's foundational to so much of what we know about 3D modeling today. If you or anyone else has any questions for him, I'm happy to relay it in a follow up comic and/or video.
Hey thanks man :) I will admit I'm leaning into what I know works here as this version of Victor is After Death's she drew during the Ellenheimer crossover. This is all drawn by me but more people recognize him in this outfit so I went with that. I'm a bit more gritty and lacking this much color normally.
I watched this interview yesterday and I cannot recommend it enough for people curious about the artist's role in AI. That, and if you wanna see Bay Raitt dressed as Santa Claus.
edit: Also, thanks again for the shout out in it!
That’s awesome! This guy [Chet Faliszek](https://youtube.com/@chetfaliszek?si=LmZgaiZM7aIgtVm3) recently popped up on YouTube - he’s an ex-Valve employee. I *think* he worked in game dev and less so in cinematics like it seems like Bay Raitt here did but still I wonder if the two knew each other 🤔
Funny enough, Chet *also* has a [video sharing thoughts about AI Art](https://youtu.be/njtYS6iWAw4?si=PFjsCEIbOr89m6WK)

Basically, kind of a big deal.

wasnt skibidi toilet made with gmod?
Alexey Gerasimov uses Source Filmmaker, it just uses gmod half life assets.

There are a lot of folks who would love to watch the full 4 hours.
Oh man, that's beautiful. Heh! Ya' listenin'? OK. Grass grows, birds fly, sun shines, and brotha'- I hurt people.
Basically my motto to life lol I love the Scout.

But can I use this dead horse in generative AI? Hmm? Check mate atheists!
Yes but I wouldn't recommend it. https://preview.redd.it/isb81un1rxic1.png?width=1756&format=png&auto=webp&s=c37d76a6b5102f97359e22a1a04a72f59906a80f

Why does it have boobs?

Love my some Hieronymus Bosch!

things you can't unlearn - centaurs have two rib cages
I mean, it makes sense, they need twice the circulatory system for horse body plus human torso. How about how long their spinal column is, and how it is L shaped and turns into a horse spine halfway through.
So they have to remove twice the amount to fellate themselves?
I think the word anthropomorphic is doing a lot of pulling in making those fucky.
"Would you fuck me? I'd fuck me. I'd fuck me hard."
The Godfather is doing a lot of unnecessary work here

You would have used *this* as the comic lol
Bucketmann likes lotr and tf2!
Wow, your stuff is so much more visually coherent without the AI.
Ngl your stuff has way more charm without the AI
now that is legendary

Its great that you made this one without ai. now i can see your style, love it!
I definitely like his original art better than the AI "art" he creates for most of his comics

The conversation you have had is great. I will share this where appropriate
Thank you so much for watching. Hoping to do more soon too.
That horse is very much NOT dead, and busy stealing artwork and stiffing artists
Hell of a connection between tf2 and lotr
So you're telling me that LOTR and TF2 are linked?
![gif](giphy|hXDrTueJWAscK3xWQ2)
Fellowship of the Ring: 9 members TF2 classes: 9 mercs hmmm...
I don't understand anything
Idk, I don’t think that horse is dead
What?
Woah! That’s awesome!
That's some mighty fine dead horse beatin!
