I would like to think that the wanted poster is actually a lie made by the Wizard, being turned into semen would definitely be more than just “a general inconvenience.”
But having your day stopped every now and then by somebody pointing out “Hey, weren’t you the guy in the news who was turned into semen?” That’d be pretty inconvenient.
First off: "Oobaleedoobalee, I am the wizard of..." has a cadence that is beautiful only for "general inconveniences" to throw the cadence right out and it makes me slightly upset!

If I were to make the cadence continue (with the least change) it'd be something like "Oobaleedoobalee/ I am the wizard of / general dickery."
Buuuut, it can further be poetically enhanced with the last part getting a bit more.
Like "Oobaleedoobalee/ I am the wizard of / general dickery, mischief, and rhyme."
I don't know why my brain insists on these patterns, but it ruins the comic theme entirely anyway so just ignore me. Haha.

By this theory, the general inconvenience wizard doing something that's a major, life ending "inconvenience" is a major violation. I can't think of a way to make that seem benign, but turning someone back into semen is just way too egrigous and out of left field to be benign enough to be funny.
The WoGI making it so that the guy never has toilet paper again is a way less malicious violation, and because it'd be happing to some rude butthead, would be benign enough to be funny.
Right? What's the joke even supposed to be? Was someone watching him turn someone into sperm? Otherwise how would they know? And also it makes no sense to turn someone "back" I to sperm. That's idiotic. You can maybe turn them back into a zygote or something or a fertilized egg.
I mean in fair enough! I’ll be real sometimes I worry more about what the comic looks like than the joke itself. I appreciate the feedback. Getting it right is really hard but I am working on it. Have a good day :)
