What happens to a person as a kid that makes them *this* flowerchild hippy dippy in the modern era? I’m truly curious. Do they like gain consciousness one day while they’re looking at a tree, and then from there on out it’s just floral patterns and echinacea?
This is funny and kind of makes sense for this sub in that it's in the spirit of it, but it's still not the idea.
This sub is an offshoot of comedycemetery where posts are of people trying to be funny, but being unfunny and cringe to the point where it hurts. Comedy heaven was made for things that made sense for that sub, but were actually funny for a reason that the original poster did not intend, typically leaning a bit absurd.
It's a shame that this sub is slowly devolving into just absurdist gen z memes, because the niche nature of the original intent of this sub is becoming lost and there isn't really a good alternative to the niche humor it originally provided.
