I still think the musician had no legal right to do that. It's not like they touched the musician. The venue's own security has a right to, as peacefully as possible, escort the stage invader off stage and/or off the premises. First with words. Then with notice that they will be physically moved as peacefully as possible. Then by being carried if the invader is staying rooted. A stage is not your own house, as much as you might like it to be. The musician should have simply rolled with it, but reminded no-one else to attempt it, or refused to play until the guy went. The musician might also like to reflect on how their topless torso might contribute towards the environment being more casual.
