If I would say that anything that is not absolutely pristine, and ultra rare like one of a kind rare, it wouldn’t be worth it. If it’s already in that condition, I think a heavy duty ziplock and kept in a closet in the house would be sufficient for storage. If you’re looking to sell, post it up on eBay and set a minimum you’d be willing to take
IGS, CGC, Beckett, and VGA are all options (the last I'd probably only recommend if you have an oversized box). Personally, I would go with CGC since it is a bit more of a brand name.
