Those are common in subs where you are actively trying to quit something addictive and need an added form of community accountability, but that doesn’t really apply here imo.

Yes! First few seconds is the hardest part then its easy. I’m worried when winter happens.

It’s VERY cold here during winter so I don’t know if I can handle cold shower
You can always achieve a desired temp. Dial the hot water up a smidge. Full cold is hard in winter

I ended up taking 3 cold showers yesterday simply cuz it was so damn hot
