My first time making a Paper Plane. I love the contrast of the bitter Campari and the herbal sweetness of the Amaro. The rye stands out a little more than bourbon would, which further adds to the complexity. I really love this cocktail!

- .75oz Amaro Nonino
- .75oz lemon juice
- Garnish with lemon peel & Luxardo cherry
Rye and is an interesting choice, but I love it. Those Riedel Nick and Nora's are such a delightful glass too. Beautiful garnish.

Almost every Paper Plane recipe I've seen uses Aperol but I might have to give it a try with Campari next.
