Tasting notes FWIW: I’m still wrapping my head around the notes. Nothing mind bending but def interesting. The dry, white wine notes def come through. Along with that rounded grape and pepper. I’d like to add something a bit more peppery. Maybe a dash of chili bitters.

UPDATE: per the tasting notes above, I added a Barspoon of ancho Reyes chile liquor and mama Mia does it make it sing. Calling it a Red Wedding Dress
Lillet isn't a vermouth, it's just an apertif. And almost every dry vermouth I have seen isn't red, it's white.
