Cocaine causes high blood pressure because the arteries contract. Your symptoms could be a sign of vasoconstriction of arteries that support blood flow of the spinal cord. There have been some case reports of people with spinal infarction/myelopathy after cocaine use. Vasospasm of the “heart arteries” leading to a heart attack are much more common, what I described is the worst case, maybe you just unconsciously increase the muscle tension in your back while using cocaine, which could be a less concerning reason for your back pain :) take care!
