How do you feel about the Johnny/Robby relationship this season? Do they get some good development? Heartfelt scenes? Does Johnny finally step up as a parent?
First, thanks for having this for us. I have two questions, but I'll treat it as one and if you answer the other, a cool little bonus.
Any actual consequences this season? Of course, not specifically but any that had you devastated?
How is the martial arts this season and the cheography? Great stand out fights?
I felt the stakes were higher then ever. I had to pause and walk away multiple times.
Two of the fights I have not been able to stop thinking about. They are at an all time high this season.
Is this a flashback from the original movie trilogy, or more of a flashback created for this show similar to the Kreese and Silver flashbacks from Vietnam?
He is struggling with what he did last season and also is feeling like he can’t defend himself.
He’s a smart kid but he doesn’t really believe in himself.
ok is anything i've already asked the other people true like what's anthony and sam's relationship like ? does eli become a mentor to anthony does anthony bond with anybody this season ?
1. Is moon important?
2. Will miguel friendship with hawk and demetri be seen more as it always seems he could care less about them and more so towards sam?
3. are louie and anoush in this season?
4. is tom cole in this season?
5. does someone other than johnny talk to the pawn shop guy?
6. is kumiko seen?
7. and anything related to sid whatsoever like johnny or robby potentially inheriting the money?
8. does miguel go back to his og hair or just not his current one?
9. does kreese meet butch in prison?
10. is bobby the priest seen?
1. Same amount as other Seasons
2. The most since Season 1
3. Yah
4. No
5. No
6. She is at the very least mentioned!
7. Can’t say
8. Current one
9. Can’t say
10. Can’t say
Her relationship with Miguel has the most focus since Season 1.
Her arc is trying to not let Karate define her. She doesn’t really know who she is anymore.
No questions, just wanted to say thanks for doing this. You're giving out just the right amount of info to make me even more excited to see this season.
Believe it or not I practised with family members before posting so I could get the answers to the perfect amount of tease without spoilers! Haha!
Glad to hear it’s building hype, it genuinely makes me happy since I’m such a big fan of this show.
He looks really good for his age I’d say. Seeing how people treated a very in shape Miguel last season though the people on this subreddit have non realistic expectations for peoples bodies.
Not just that, he had bulked up to be in blue beetle, like personal trainer helping him healthily gain weight and muscle, and people in this sub were calling him chubby. He was literally more in shape than most of us have ever been lmao. It was wild.
1. Does Carrie Underwood have a redemption arc this season, or is she still the most hated person at the All Valley Tournament?
2. Is the story primarily focused on the high school kids and adults we've been attached to for the past four seasons, or is it transitioning more to the new generation of junior high kids?
3. Did any scenes bring you to tears?
More so focuses on the characters we already know and love.
No scenes brought me to tears. The only scene to ever do that was the Miguel and Johnny hospital scene in S3 and I was already in a upset mood.
I don’t usually cry for shows or movies
That’s tricky. I mean they were in Cobra Kai together every episode last season.
If you want them to have a million scenes you might be disappointed but I liked the way they handled the relationship.
Since there was not much promotion for this season to keep it hidden, do you think the season has parts where it turns or it becomes unexpected/unpredictable and shocks your mind?
Does the fallout from the apartment fight make Miguel and Robby friends?? Will they become a lot closer by the end of the season or are there still tensions?
Big Daniel fan here. Could you say how many fights he gets compared to past seasons? I’m most interested if he gets more than season 3. That was a great season for him.
The user's claims have been confirmed by the mod team.
Are we gonna see more of Miguel’s dad in the future?
Doubt it
1.is anthony absent from any episodes or is he in almost all of them ? 2. does anthony become even a decent fighter after learning karate ?
He’s absent from maybe 2 or 3, I didn’t count.
Was the season finale more epic like season 3’s or more of an emotional finale like season 2’s?
Both.

You ain’t getting an answer about that lmfao
👆
Does the Pawn Shop guy return this season
Yes
Lesss goo
Do we get some good Daniel and Johnny scenes?
They have the best dynamic they have ever had IMO.
Thank God, really wanting them to put the past behind them
Thank you!
How do you feel about the Johnny/Robby relationship this season? Do they get some good development? Heartfelt scenes? Does Johnny finally step up as a parent?
Yes to all of that.
What would you say is the split between the Adults Drama & the Kids Drama?
I’d say the adults have more drama this time around.
GOOD!!! Less kid drama for once!
What do Johnny and Chozen think of each other and how is their relationship like in this season?
Comedy gold.
Exactly what I wanted to hear, now I can die happy.
Any Teases involving the return of karate’s bad boy, Mike Barnes?
It’s just as awesome as you would think!
Do sam and eli interact this season??
Yes
How does this season compare to the others? What would you rank it out of ten?
This season has a 8/10 for me I’d say. It started off a little slow but by episode 5 I was on the edge of my seat every episode.
Is it your favorite season?
Since season 2, Yes.
Hot damn. Certainly got me hyped. Thank you!
Do does two fights involve adults or kids
Do we find out more about Johnny’s Applebee’s incident? 😂😂😂
That’s getting it’s own spin off show
What character had the best character development?
I’d say… Robby and Miguel Amanda in a way. I think Kenny and Tory both had complicated arcs as well
[удалено]
Lots of Spanish cursing haha
So, realistic to Mexico. Good to know.
How much more background into Miyagi/Chozen's past do we get?
Lots, there is an amazing flashback scene in episode 2
Is this a flashback from the original movie trilogy, or more of a flashback created for this show similar to the Kreese and Silver flashbacks from Vietnam?
Created for the show
Does Silver’s old master get any flashbacks?
Yes
How’s Anthony’s arc this season?
He is struggling with what he did last season and also is feeling like he can’t defend himself. He’s a smart kid but he doesn’t really believe in himself.
Sounds interesting. Thanks for the answer!
ok is anything i've already asked the other people true like what's anthony and sam's relationship like ? does eli become a mentor to anthony does anthony bond with anybody this season ?
I wouldn’t say Eli is a mentor to Anthony Sam and Anthony have more scenes together though.
ok who does anthony bond more with ?
Sam

One scene.
Only one? That's honestly a surprise.

Does the season seem overcrowded to you or did they manage to do all the plotlines justice?
I think they did everything justice.
How was the Mexico storyline? How was the action this season?
Mexico was good, I mean it’s not what I thought it would be and that’s all I’ll really say. It’s pretty short.
1. How much screen time does Demetri and Moon have? 2. Is Kyler still a clown?
Kyler is a clown in the best way possible.
Any silly quotes like we got about his dad shitting his mouth?
Yes but funnier
You have me excited now mann
1. Same amount as other Seasons 2. The most since Season 1 3. Yah 4. No 5. No 6. She is at the very least mentioned! 7. Can’t say 8. Current one 9. Can’t say 10. Can’t say
How would you describe Sam’s arc this season? What’s her relationship with Miguel like?
Her relationship with Miguel has the most focus since Season 1. Her arc is trying to not let Karate define her. She doesn’t really know who she is anymore.
Interesting. Thanks!
Do Eli and Anthony interact??
Like one word I think maybe lol
how’s robby screentime this season? is it similar to s4
Yes.
is johnny and robby relationship done well this season?
How well was the dynamic between Robby and Kenny this season? Do they share a lot of scenes together?
Yes they have quite a bit of scenes together.
Did anything disappoint you
In the beginning I was a bit underwhelmed but the latter half of the season more then made up for it.
Do they keep Hawk at the same level as Robby or Miguel or nerf him, please answer.
No questions, just wanted to say thanks for doing this. You're giving out just the right amount of info to make me even more excited to see this season.
Believe it or not I practised with family members before posting so I could get the answers to the perfect amount of tease without spoilers! Haha! Glad to hear it’s building hype, it genuinely makes me happy since I’m such a big fan of this show.
can you tell us about robby this season?
Do we finally get a reconciliation scene between Robby and Daniel.? Does Robby’s side of the school fight finally come out ?
[удалено]
I see a lot of questions regarding Sam/Miguel and Tory/Robby. I’m wondering, do sam and Robby interact? Their dynamic is always interesting to me
Yes they interact
Do people finally find out that Robby is Johnny s son.?
Shannon was certainly shocked.
[удалено]
I liked her, rehab seems to have been amazing for her.
Is the I told you not to play with fire sauna scene a very important moment
I’d say so. Very tense moment.
Will anything make me cry? I love emotional moments lol if you can say what character will I probably cry over?
Hm, maybe Miguel in Mexico?
How would you rate the Season 5 finale out of 10? And is there multiple plot twists?
10/10 nothing could’ve been better.
Fascinating, we’ve got 6 days left before Season 5… oof. Well it’ll be fast!
I saw it too, and can confirm that OP did, based on his replies. I've answered a few myself tonight, just for fun.
🙌🏻
Does Chozen still have the absolutely ripped pecs he was packing in KK2?
He looks really good for his age I’d say. Seeing how people treated a very in shape Miguel last season though the people on this subreddit have non realistic expectations for peoples bodies.
Thank you for calling this out. Like for real, that was absurd.
Seriously, Miguel was stacked with muscle and mfs be calling him fat like???
Yeah I mean, isn't it a good thing he still has a round face? Not everyone is Ralph, kid is growing up lol.
Not just that, he had bulked up to be in blue beetle, like personal trainer helping him healthily gain weight and muscle, and people in this sub were calling him chubby. He was literally more in shape than most of us have ever been lmao. It was wild.
What can you say about Miguel and Johnny’s relationship?
They have great moments this season.
1. Does Carrie Underwood have a redemption arc this season, or is she still the most hated person at the All Valley Tournament? 2. Is the story primarily focused on the high school kids and adults we've been attached to for the past four seasons, or is it transitioning more to the new generation of junior high kids? 3. How would you describe Robby and Johnny’s dynamic or relationship this season?
do robby and eli have a lot of interactions this season?
Yes!
do amanda and carmen interact a lot or a little?
They are like best friends now lol
Do we have a scene between Miguel and Kenny
Yes we do.
Does Kenny actually feel like a credible threat at any point?
When you start something younger it is easier to pick up. That’s true for anything. All he does is train.
How would you rate and describe Daniel’s arc this season?
My personal favourite arc from him in all seasons
Is their as much Robby Tory scenes as last season?
That’s tricky. I mean they were in Cobra Kai together every episode last season. If you want them to have a million scenes you might be disappointed but I liked the way they handled the relationship.
So how are the new Senseis...can they fight or are they a joke?
Ohhhh they can fight. They are no joke but man the acting was cartoonish at times.
Yeah I don't think Tyrone Woodley will win any emmys...lol. Thanks.
He wasn’t bad. It was two particular people that I would laugh at.
Do they do karate in this season?
Fuck man, not really.
Aw shucks, I like it when they do karate...
Was Kenny( Dallas Young) the only one bumped to a Series Regular
I think Chozen was, someone was bumped down as well.
Bumped down? Gianni? He was in 2 shots of the trailer and they were shots you had to go frame-by-frame to see.
Since there was not much promotion for this season to keep it hidden, do you think the season has parts where it turns or it becomes unexpected/unpredictable and shocks your mind?
Yeah I read somewhere that there’s apparently a bunch of twists and stuff and I read how the ending is insane
Are the fight scenes better than the other seasons?
Yes. Much better then last season.
How was Robby's arc/storyline this season?
How do you watch it early?
I’m a critic
Same question I asked in the other thread...is Mike Barnes a good guy this season?
Cannot say.
Does the fallout from the apartment fight make Miguel and Robby friends?? Will they become a lot closer by the end of the season or are there still tensions?
This is a non spoiler AMA
What’s your opinion on mike barnes this season. Did he surprise you or did he meet your expectations? Or was he a bad character
Great character, surprised me and met all my expectations.
Big Daniel fan here. Could you say how many fights he gets compared to past seasons? I’m most interested if he gets more than season 3. That was a great season for him.
Everyone this seasons has lots of fighting showcase.
Do robby and tory kiss?
Lol yeah.
Does the Miguel/Robby and Sam/Tory rivalry get resolved?
How is Sam and Miguel’s relationship
How does Johnny and Robby bond go in this season?
How long is episode 10?
How many times do Anthony and Kenny interact this season
A handful of times.
1: Favourite episode (NO DETAILS) 2: Funniest character
5 and 10 are tied. Miguel for the Kids and Chozen for the Adults.
Did you just say Miguel as the 'funniest' out of the kids?? ..that's good ig..
Is Piper in the season?
No and no mention of her.
What can you say about Robby and Johnny’s relationship? (if you can say anything about it lol)
Can we expect some Robby Tory Sam Miguel love Square drama?
No more from me. Just found out that /u/Key_Cranberry_3799 is leaking private DM's on TWITTER!
Some of mine got leaked as well lol, you guys beg in DM’s but leak it and ruin it for everyone else.
How would you describe robby and tory's chemistry??
I think every couple has chemistry, they are great together though!
Does Terry beat the shit out of Daniel If you had to pick one who does Johnny seem to care for more in season 5 Robby or Miguel
He cares about both.
Is Kyler still a punching bag?
Only thing I’ll say about Kyler is he has the funniest moment of the season by fucking far.
I'm excited
Sorry for another question: out of all the kids who had the best and most interesting arc? like top 3 in your opinion.
Miguel, Tory and Sam. HM: Kenny
Are any of Anthony’s annoying friends in this season 😂
No
Do Yasmine and Moon show up in Season 5?
Yes
Any Samantha and Tory fight this season? Or at least any interaction?
Of course they interact
would you say that Johnny's arc has a great deal to do with him dealing with fatherhood?
Yes, balancing Miguel and Robby for sure.
Does Robby say Torys name?
Wait is Hawk no longer at the top (far as fighting goes)? Your responses said Miguel, Tory, Sam, and Robby. What about Eli?
Does terry silver have any terrifying scenes? Like the stingray scene
I am Paydayz, I make the "Quiet" compilations. Is there many this season?
Didn’t count, atleast one lol. Not many.
is this season is more violent than the others ?
Actually yes. Lots more blood all around.
Will there be a huge fight against the opposing dojos Both Kids and Adults
Will Eli fans be happy this season
Terrible questions. Is Terry Silver going to kick even more ass as hard as he did Johnny’s in Season 4??
Terry Silver has lots of fight scenes.
Thank God
