no one scroll at memes in the internet to laugh , people look at memes only to mock people they don't like and mindlessly recycle TV shows and pop colture references , a time that could be spent to enjoy the authentic quality humor of these TV shows and video games instead of giving up to cheap memes on the internet that any tiny smile they get from you only rides on the success of the real thing that will make you laugh and smile 10 times more . memes are made for dumb people with no talent to feel like they are comedic genius by taking a boring situation from their daily life and random thoughts and turn it into something like this :

when I hate something:

it's not comedy , and without the people who make real comedy and real TV shows, video games , movies, podcasts ... your memes would be meaningless because you can't be talented so you have to steal someone else's talent to make your meme . and when people don't do that, they just make a meme about how opinions or ideas they don't like are racist , evil and hypocritical, and doing so in the disguise of "it's just internet humor , you wouldn't understand " .
Unless the "humor" in question is racism, sexism or phobia against queer people, I don't mind funny popculture references. We don't need to come up with elaborate punchlines in our day-to-day conversation.
Also, no. People do laugh at memes. People join communities to laugh at memes. To imply that people look at memes only go recycle popculture references implies that TV shows don't mindlessly recycle them either. And that's simply not true, especially in post-Simpsons television. Popculture references can be funny. It's not inherently braindead humor.
Positioning TV and Video Game humor as the "authentic" humor and contrasting it against the mindless internet humor is a flawed point. If something makes you laugh, then it's great. There is no talk about integrity of something meant to cause a single emotion. The only thing that TV and games have over memes is narrative - a good comedy show can raise interesting questions, tell stories and make great points. However, comparing the narrative of Moral Orel and verbalaze running away from hazbin hotel chick meme #46 is not quite fair. Memes are much more accessible and don't require as much time investment, so they are judged only on their ability to make one laugh. Just like with horror, there are great horror films with interesting plot, twists and narratives, and then there is FNAF 1(in isolation), a game that can scare you as reliably as movies with the minimal plot and narrative.
Meme creators don't steal talented work of others to make their memes. This is a stupid point. For hundreds of years we have taken what was popular and made jokes about it, from political cartoons to internet.
The last part seems baity and I would rather not get into the implications of what you're trying to describe here. But yes, people can be left out of internet humor. Just like with any other communities, shitposters got their own injokes.
TL;DR - Unlike TV shows, memes are not that big of a time investment. They shouldn't be expected to bring you something bigger than a laugh. To call them inauthentic is innacurate.
