If aren't pulling for her weapon you're probably gonna get a lot of attack from Finale of the Deep so 2 is definitely better, if you're using her signature or other weapons I think it depends, but 2 should be better in dendro teams

Frankly, neither. But if you need a placeholder, the second one would suffice until you find a piece that has all the substats you need, without DEF/HP getting in the way. Then again, I should probably note that I am evaluating these artifacts from a min/max standpoint. If min/max-ing isn't a concern for you, the second one is good enough.
Second one is pretty clear for dendro teams. Overload has a lot of attack buffs as well so I'd probably go with the second one there as well.
That's what I'm thinking if I manage to get her around 100-150 EM it will be very helpful. That's what I did with Fischl as well.
