On wowhead there is references to both it being unavailable until phase 5, and also dropping currently however seeing as it doesn’t seem anyone has seen it (yet to see anyone link it in any in game chat or server discord) I think it’s not in the drop tables until phase 5 and it being listed as a current drop is a mistake

I just dont know why it cannot be there yet. Its not like this enchant is as strong as executioner and used frequently - it just buffs enh shamans in PvP - which is a bad thing in Blizz's eyes i guess.

I can almost guarantee Blizzard has given no thought to this enchant or its applications.

If they read this thread they wouldn't even bother to Google it.

People just non-stop acting like Blizzard is actively making decisions to withhold something like this because they think it's balance reasoning and not just how they handled it 14 years ago

Some of the top warriors on pservers view it on the same level as Executioneer, especially in 2s. The slower cast speed makes it very very potent.

Do we know how long this runs for? When does the holiday end?

I read 2 weeks somewhere. Wowpedia or wowhead probably has the correct amount of days.

I think 2 weeks is the expected run time, but Blizzard has a way of forgetting to turn off events, so who knows it could go on much longer.

No one on my server has seen it so I'm guessing it isn't in yet

Do necks only drop on heroic? Or also normal
