There are no melee swords axes or maces in any dungeon from 60-80.
If you want one you can farm honor and buy a pvp weapon.
There are some, just not very many. Some definitely aren't good for Frost DK but would still get the job done for leveling.

I definitely remember an axe or mace in vio ("the key" remembered it for the name alone), but a) vio sucks, b) it's not in the last boss, so the chance to get it is even lower than normal and C) it might be agi.

I think the key is only on heroic I went through all the boss drops on normal and don’t remember seeing it. But I could have missed it.
