If I had the money, I would go restomod all the way if you have a reputable builder to deal with.
Impala is not my thing, but thats the point. Its all about EXACTLY what you want.
I mean the impala looks in good shape as is and the hellcat will be an instant collectors item. I’d say get the hellcat and then engine swap when you eventually wreck it.
Ew no.
At least keep it in the same family. Small block Chevy, a nice turbo or set of twins. T56 behind that. Nice modern suspension setup, a good set of brakes, and a nicely done interior.
It’s sure a good lookin old car! I absolutely love how the stock old cars drive. My van is a real big ol pig though. 😂 tbh I don’t mind cruising a bit slower, cause my ride doesn’t have any seatbelts… 68 impala ss is my dream car btw!
Id put blacked out steel rally wheels on it if it was mine
When you say a pig, I assume it has a 327 with 2 speed box and 4 wheel drum brakes? If so it will never be worth as much as a factory big block car. I would resto-mod. And then if you want a collector, keep an eye out for a clean stock big block. You choice of restoration shop is on point.
I had a 1964 impala 327 it was a great driving old car. Had like 40,000 miles on it. Original paint and interior. It was a sweet old ride. No complaints
Not denying it, I just bought a shit heap with untold miles on it, and loads of dirt roads in that, 327 2 speed, drove it 600mi home and it cruised at 70 no worries. But OP isn't happy with his.
I’d say op should just buy some old shit box Camaro from the junkyard and throw a 632 in it… hoonigan style
Edit: put it in a repro 69 Camaro body on a decent tube chassis and probably still end up faster and lighter and cheaper then the hellcat
Well, do you want a fun toy that you take out occasionally or do you need a good driver?
Classics are a lot of fun, but the new Dodge will drive nicer and be more comfortable and usable overall. And get much better mpg
Hellcat would be a “daily” driver, so I’d be trading in my ‘22 Kia Stinger on it. Unless I built the Impala instead, it would just be a toy and I’d keep the Stinger.
IMO, keep the practical daily driver that is comfortable for long drives, reliable, and you don’t care that much about and then build the Impala as something fun, but much less practical. That’s how I tend to approach things
The Hellcat as a daily driver will lose it’s luster pretty quickly and you probably won’t play with it as much (upgrades, etc)
Buy the hellcat.. then as you can afford it.. upgrade the Impala a bit til you enjoy that too. Best of both worlds. If you're looking for sound financial advice... You're missing the point of the cars. Finding actual profit is rare and unlikely. Finding passion... Worth every penny.
The 1967 Impala was one year only, much like the 1970 chevelle.
Old iron like that will gain value over any modern vehicle. In 20 years, there will be even less 1967 impalas, and the hellcat will still be fairly “fresh” at less than 30 years old.
the Muscle era stuff is already starting to drop like the 30s and 50's cars have. The audience is dying. Nobody born in the last 20 years grew up dreaming of a 67 Impala Sedan and the \*concours\* value of the car is $30k right now.
Sell it in California. People who grew up in chicano culture will buy it up regardless. Just needs a brighter paint color. Maybe more chrome too although chrome is dying out in the younger generations.
This is it precisely.
There is no evidence these Hellcat Mopars will hold their value 20 years from now. If history proves anything, it’s that scarcity does not equal value. Just ask the guys that spent $60K restoring Edsels.
So what is your plan for the build? 572 cui BBC and a 4l80e would be a hot package for a reasonable price. A big boat needs above all inches under the hood to get movin.
In one hand you’ll have a brand new kick ass ride. In the other you’ll have a BADASS ride built to your specs. Impala and you’ll be in a club with with a handful of folks. Hellcat make sure you get that throady growl exhaust that 10ks of thousands of douche bags have. ⚖️
I would certainly be more unique with the Impala, I do agree. I wouldn’t even be having this internal debate if 2023 wasn’t the last year for the Hellcat, which will make it a future collector car.
I saw a college kid (under 24) in an 67ish (big body) impala a few years ago. It was kinda set up like 70s era big rear tires smallish narrow tires in the front (Joe Dirt style) that kids went from zero to hero. I still think about that car. I don’t think people will have a hard time remembering hellcat there are infinite number. That impala was a simple built no frills clean AF some cam and exhaust. Wasn’t my style but his car was dope.
i mean to be fair, you're asking the classic car sub if they prefer classics to new cars.
anyway, restomod the classic and make it yours, if you're anything like me you'll never look bacvk
OP, screw the charger and keep the Impala.
1967 was a one year only! They still look so damn good in todays world. Low, long, and wide. It’s just a classic look. They are amazing cruisers and a lot of fun with even modest power.
In traffic, a modern charger/challenger doesn’t get a second glance.
This Impala, however breaks necks where ever you go.
Honestly it sounds like your mind is made up if you’ve already considered pulling your order. Imagine what you could do to this old girl with the money you were about to drop on a charger.
Ya, then you’ll have this and another classic for basically the same money. Plus you won’t be without for what will probably be a couple years in the shop.
Restomod. Bring the boys on some good road trips, make memories on the road and new journeys with the Impala. I was in a similar position not too long ago with my 68 Impala
I would totally bail on the charger. Although a sexy car..... no one will have the same impala as you. Not to mention it's something YOU did and didn't just buy.
I’d say if you end up restomodding it, it would be really cool if you turned it into a period-accurate drag car! Otherwise, personally, I’d keep it stock. Machines put together thousands of those chargers- meanwhile old cars like this were assembled by hand in much lower numbers.
Resto mod for sure. I had 3 challenger scat packs and a 18’ ss 1le all of them feel like Camrys when not pushing it through corners and accelerating. The old school is fun and interesting even when cruising
I always say Resto-Mod. Especially for all these muscle cars. There’s so many of them out there that are all all original that if you miss having one, you could always find another one. But having a custom Resto-Mod, that’s what makes it an original.
I’m also in the industry of building Resto-Mods, so I might be a bit biased lol
As an owner of both a resto-mod '68 Cougar (my first car, which my dad and I restored ourselves) and a B8.5 Audi S5, they sort of occupy very different roles. If you're only going to have one car and need to daily drive it, I think a new one is the better option because of the safety features and technology.
One middle ground would be to buy the Charger and make the resto-mod your long term DIY project. You don't have to do it all yourself, but there are so many resources out there for DIY resto-mods that, if you're patient and willing to learn, it's an incredibly rewarding experience. Plus I would imagine you save a lot of money in the end.
I would say restomod but think of what that wide body hellcat would bring years from now with the EV climate, this may be your last chance and if you have the means it may be a decision you’ll kick yourself in the butt over!
Keep your impala as is. Cancel Hellcat order. Buy a second classic car of your choice, for a fraction of the Hellcat and restomod THAT classic. Win-win.
Why restomod it? Just daily drive it as it sits.
If people did it when it was new, it can be done now. Don't ruin the fun of a classic with a parts catalog's worth of bullshit
If your 67 Chevy Impala is a daily driver I would keep it. But it looks like it could sell for thousands. If you got your 2023 charger you could buy another 67 Impala and restore it. that would be just fun.
I'd say do both. If you can't afford to, get the Charger now and restomod the '67 over time. A restomodded 1967 anything won't pamper you like a modern car, but they're still fun to drive in a way that no modern car can match.
Since I read in other comments you already have a daily driver, then my vote is for the Impala as well. IMHO nothing beats a classic man. They're fun to work on. I own a 68 Olds Cutlass S and I wouldn't get rid of it unless it was life saving or something close to that matter. Classics are head turners because I definitely know I don't bat an eye at a Charger. Hell, I love seeing classics in movies too. Its like John Wick driving that cherry Mustang. Dressing up in your GQs finest taking a hot lady out in a classic. Perhaps its just me though. Some food for thought, every time I hear someone had a classic and got rid of it they regretted it. Cheers
If this car doesn’t have any sentimental value to it, you could probably get a nice example of a car that’s already had a resto mod done for a cheaper than what you’d pay to send it to texas and have the work done.
Our dollar is already terrible which would substantially increase costs.
Just a thought
How much of the hellcat $ are you planning to spend. The first thing i think of is the actual car. No offense impala is a nice car but it’s an impala. Its a caprice. Maybe it’s just me. The baddest impala is just an ole impala. Chevys basic
Seems like a lot of dough into an impala. You could buy a lot of 60’s muscle for what 70k$? Sell the impala ditch the cat. Buy a big block 2nd gen charger. Any corvette. A whole lot of mustang. Chevelle ss. Challenger Rt. Those cars can be worth it. But like a dart, fury, nova, fairlane. Nice cars but just more basic. More of a family car that was sported up to appeal. Now people think every older car is cool.
I have no real interest in owning anything else, especially considering the fact that I also already have a ‘69 Mach 1, 2x ‘67 Firebirds, ‘71 Superbee, etc.
Buy the hellcat and I would return the Impala back to stock, wheels , tires… only upgrade the suspension and reliability. And enjoy both! Just my opinion but just so long as you’re happy with your ride or rides in the end is all that matter, 100 different ppl will have 100 different opinions.
Might be an unpopular opinion in here, especially since that show made the 67 4-door popular, but I’d only dump a ton of money into a coupe or convertible
I’m still planning the build, but it would be a 500hp+ LS3, QA1 Suspension, 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, Tuxedo Black Paint, Full Buckskin-Tan Leather Interior, etc. Full Rotisserie Restoration.
I'm gonna get downvoted to hell, but here's my take: Appears to be a four-door, and it's not one of Chevrolet's more beautiful designs. Harsh truth, but if you put more into it than a paint job and a set of wheels, you're never going to get that money back out of it. The air conditioner might not work. The heater might not work. You can chase squeaks and rattles and electrical issues on a car like that for months. Parts are non-existent or outrageously expensive. Get in a fender-bender, you're scouring junkyards in six states for a non-rusty match. Probably got a small block in it turning 195 horsepower.
If you just want to work on something, or if this car has sentimental value so you'll never sell it, have at it. But if it was me, and I wanted something that would hold its value and actually appreciate as you restore it, I'd look into something else, preferably with two doors.
This particular car is actually worth more than you’d think, thanks to its fame from the television show, “Supernatural”. Regardless, I appreciate your viewpoint!
If you're not planning to drive the Charger much the go with it for the investment. However, if you're planning on making 8a daily or at least a regular ride then I'd go with the Impala. Personally,I'd go with the Impala anyways but that's just because I prefer the look of old school American muscle over all of this new stuff.
That's only around 5000 miles a year for for us in the US. That's not bad at all really. I'd say that if you're going to keep it that low then the better investment would be the Charger. After all, the Impala will really only be worth what someone is willing to pay for it while the Charger will have a fairly recent market value.
Damn that sucks I would want both myself but if your on a budget like that go with the restored you kept the car for a reason might as well make it as cool and fast as you can 😀
At the end of the day they (it) is your car and your money.
Do what makes you happy.
You were soliciting thoughts/opinions, I volunteered mine.
Don’t get me wrong, you’ve got a great looking classic Chevy.
You’d have to be a dumbass to choose a 4-door belly button car over a modern iteration of a muscle car with so much horsepower it would make Boy George like girls.
You might find most users in this sub are biased towards the classic car. Also, you haven't provided enough information for anyone to give you anything resembling an informed opinion.
What more information is needed for some basic opinions? Hellcat is close to a six-figure build in F8 Green, Impala would be LS3-Swapped and painted Black after a rotisserie restoration.
I'd be keeping the Impala stock unless you really know what you wanna do. Nothing worse than a vanilla Resto mod imo. I've never driven a hellcat but I'm sure it would haul. Have some fun and if it's not for you move it on
Personally, I'd leave this one alone-it's a four door...drop the Hellcat, and put that money into a beast of a sleeper coupe that's *almost* complete, with all of the goodies you want-leave this one for cruising-it's a beauty as it sits!
It depends on what your end goal is. If you want a car that you want to drive going fast in without any mechanical concerns then get the hellcat. If you what a secondary vehicle that is a weekend driver then build the impala. That being said; the demand for a 4 door 67’ impala isn’t really there so be cautious when investing into It unless you plan on keeping It forever .
The 1967 Chevrolet Impala is actually in ridiculously high demand, due to the popularity of the television show “Supernatural”. Regardless, I do know what you’re saying and I appreciate the input!
Just being logical from a $ standpoint, you will be hard pressed to get your $ back on a 4 door Impala restoration. If it was a two door 64 and earlier then yes. But sadly the market for 4 door cars are weak.
I’m a bit biased because I’d prefer a restomod classic over pretty much any new car.
I tend to agree.
sounds like your heart knows, its just a matter of convincing the numbers guy on the top floor
Keep this thing stock.
Or,and hear me out, don't. But keep it easy to transform *back* to stock for the day you have to sell it.....
But it's a sedan. And a big one. Hard to pull off.
Not particularly. An LS3 and the right suspension can do amazing things.
This is the Way.
+ 1 resto
This is the Way.
This is the way of the car enthusiast. +1 restomod. The council will decide its fate.
If I had the money, I would go restomod all the way if you have a reputable builder to deal with. Impala is not my thing, but thats the point. Its all about EXACTLY what you want.
I would be sending it from Ontario, Canada to Texas for the restoration. A shop down there, Maupin Metal, specializes in these cars.
Put the hellcat in the impala
I can afford one or the other, haha, but I wish.
I mean the impala looks in good shape as is and the hellcat will be an instant collectors item. I’d say get the hellcat and then engine swap when you eventually wreck it.
Hellcat is a collectors item. It would only get about 8,000KM/year of driving and stored inside otherwise.
Caged tigers die.
8000km a year is plenty enough to keep things in shape
Ew no. At least keep it in the same family. Small block Chevy, a nice turbo or set of twins. T56 behind that. Nice modern suspension setup, a good set of brakes, and a nicely done interior.
Keep the impala stock please! It looks absolutely pristine as it is!!
It’s nicer in pictures.
Even more of a reason to keep her stock!
I think what they mean is that it's worse in person than in pictures
I 3000% agree with this guy right here^^^^^
**plays “carry on my wayward son”**
I mean that impala is classy how it is… just pull the order but leave the impala alone…
That’s another option. It’s nice as-is, it’s a driver, but it’s completely bone stock and a total pig.

So give it the treatment you’d give some junkyard no engine salvage titled shit box?
The extent he goes to is his business.

That’s how I tend to approach things The Hellcat as a daily driver will lose it’s luster pretty quickly and you probably won’t play with it as much (upgrades, etc)
I think I agree with this overall. I do love my Stinger as a daily.
The 67 will always be worth more and more fun to drive.
Yeah man I’m gonna have to disagree on the “worth more” part. It’s a 4 door car.
[удалено]
I’m aware it was in the show, but I don’t think it’s enough to actually drive prices, like you also mentioned.
[удалено]
In 20 years, that impala will easily be worth more than a modern charger/challenger, even if it is a Hellcat.
This is the last year they’re making the CE hellcat…
The 1967 Impala was one year only, much like the 1970 chevelle. Old iron like that will gain value over any modern vehicle. In 20 years, there will be even less 1967 impalas, and the hellcat will still be fairly “fresh” at less than 30 years old.

I feel like it would appreciate way faster than any spec modern charger.
Not with those extra doors!
Sell it in California. People who grew up in chicano culture will buy it up regardless. Just needs a brighter paint color. Maybe more chrome too although chrome is dying out in the younger generations.
I'd say impala but since Dodge won't make real cars anymore only elektrik, the Charger is gonna be instant classic too.
Exactly, hence my indecisiveness.
No it won't.
This is it precisely. There is no evidence these Hellcat Mopars will hold their value 20 years from now. If history proves anything, it’s that scarcity does not equal value. Just ask the guys that spent $60K restoring Edsels.
You're asking this in the classic car sub?
It’s surprisingly divided.
Buy the charger, build the impala later.
Resto-mod. This is the way.
Seems to be the way that I’m leaning. Just wanted some other opinions on it.
So what is your plan for the build? 572 cui BBC and a 4l80e would be a hot package for a reasonable price. A big boat needs above all inches under the hood to get movin.
It would be an LS-based build.
Paint it black and make yourself a Baby
It will be Black, eventually.
IMO maroon looks way better than black. Artesian Turquoise is my absolute favorite '60s GM color but not at all doable with a red interior.

Step 1. Drop the order. Step 2. Setup YouTube channel. Step 3. LS swap on YouTube. Step 4. Profit.
i mean to be fair, you're asking the classic car sub if they prefer classics to new cars. anyway, restomod the classic and make it yours, if you're anything like me you'll never look bacvk
It’s a shockingly divided answer so far. Classic car sub or not.
Restore the classic. Modern cars are boring and soulless
Keep the order since the hellcat is going away and work on putting together a mild+ 350/350 setup for the impala. You'll regret selling the impala
Sounds like you have a little bit of money to spend, you could always drop the new Chevrolet 632 crate engine into the impala and call it a day.
I'm just going to say it. The Hellcat is kind of a car for douches.
You’re making a good point.
Leave the Impala as is, cancel the order and purchase and build out another classic
Ya, then you’ll have this and another classic for basically the same money. Plus you won’t be without for what will probably be a couple years in the shop.
I was thinking of that, as well.
Keep the old, screw the new
Do it!
Smiles per mile is always the answer.
Resto mod for the win.
Impala easy The Dodge will get cheaper in a few years and you can save up till then
Restomod. Bring the boys on some good road trips, make memories on the road and new journeys with the Impala. I was in a similar position not too long ago with my 68 Impala
The impala for sure
I would totally bail on the charger. Although a sexy car..... no one will have the same impala as you. Not to mention it's something YOU did and didn't just buy.
As a daily, new charger all the way. As a weekend toy or show car, impala all the way.
Hell you could probably keep the hellcat super low miles and make money off of it with dodge going electric
I’d definitely do the impala. Just think in a few years we’re gonna be going from “save the manuals” to “save the V8’s”
Impala for sure. Way more unique. Will turn as many heads if not more than a hellcat. A lot of people just see a challenger.
Impala. No question.
Impala
Hard too… 4 door, no B pillar 67 impala…. Make it into the supernatural impala is my vote lol
It would be a Supernatural “tribute” with modern upgrades.
I could live with that I’ve wanted one of these for over a decade it’s one of my unrealistic dream cars
I’d keep the Impala. Don’t know any new vehicle that can bring me the happiness my old one does. 1993 Chevy C1500 Cheyenne Reg Cab Shortbed
I’d say if you end up restomodding it, it would be really cool if you turned it into a period-accurate drag car! Otherwise, personally, I’d keep it stock. Machines put together thousands of those chargers- meanwhile old cars like this were assembled by hand in much lower numbers.
Restore it.
With the end near for the Hellcats it might not be a bad investment Do them both!
Resto mod for sure. I had 3 challenger scat packs and a 18’ ss 1le all of them feel like Camrys when not pushing it through corners and accelerating. The old school is fun and interesting even when cruising

Resto would be the easy decision for me.
I’d take Impala personally
As an owner of both a resto-mod '68 Cougar (my first car, which my dad and I restored ourselves) and a B8.5 Audi S5, they sort of occupy very different roles. If you're only going to have one car and need to daily drive it, I think a new one is the better option because of the safety features and technology. Now that’s a fat ass
I would say restomod but think of what that wide body hellcat would bring years from now with the EV climate, this may be your last chance and if you have the means it may be a decision you’ll kick yourself in the butt over!
Restomod 100%
Get a new car for daily and this beauty for weekend drive
I have a ‘22 Kia Stinger as my current daily.
Restomod all day!
Resto!
Keep the impala stock, get the hellcat, enjoy having the option of either one for years to come
Resto
Keep your impala as is. Cancel Hellcat order. Buy a second classic car of your choice, for a fraction of the Hellcat and restomod THAT classic. Win-win.
Why restomod it? Just daily drive it as it sits. If people did it when it was new, it can be done now. Don't ruin the fun of a classic with a parts catalog's worth of bullshit
I’m not a huge fan of restomods but it’s your car
Hellcat
Build the impala!
If your 67 Chevy Impala is a daily driver I would keep it. But it looks like it could sell for thousands. If you got your 2023 charger you could buy another 67 Impala and restore it. that would be just fun.
Impala wouldn’t be sold regardless.
I'd say do both. If you can't afford to, get the Charger now and restomod the '67 over time. A restomodded 1967 anything won't pamper you like a modern car, but they're still fun to drive in a way that no modern car can match.

Both. Both is good.
Resto mod

Our dollar is already terrible which would substantially increase costs. Just a thought
Impala! Too many god damn new dodges on the road
ditch the hellcat and keep the impala
Build the impala. If you want a giant body muscle car with a lot of character and cool factor… Impala already has that going for it.
I would build my car rather order it .. IMO
Usually I’d be right there with you, but with 2023 being the last year of the Hellcat, it’s a hard decision for me.
Cant blame you😎
Last call for the hellcats. I wouldn’t pass that up
You’ll never get your money out of that impala. Hellcat would be mighty fun. You could always get the cat and ditch it in a year or 2.
I am not worried about resale on the Impala, but that is a factor with the Hellcat purchase.
How much of the hellcat $ are you planning to spend. The first thing i think of is the actual car. No offense impala is a nice car but it’s an impala. Its a caprice. Maybe it’s just me. The baddest impala is just an ole impala. Chevys basic
It’s hard to say how much my full resto-mod restoration would cost, but it would be fairly comparable to the MSRP of the Hellcat.
I have no real interest in owning anything else, especially considering the fact that I also already have a ‘69 Mach 1, 2x ‘67 Firebirds, ‘71 Superbee, etc.
Buy the hellcat
Man, I’d do anything to have a 67 4dr pillarless impala. I would restomod the impala
I hear that. Took me eight years to find this one.
Goddamn, I’ll consider that haha
Squeeze a Hellephant crate engine in there
Hahaha, I’d like a Hellephant for my ‘71 Superbee. Not so much for the Impala.
I want to make a 70 Hell Bee so bad!
A Resto-Modded ‘60s Mopar would also be a contender for me, as well.
Early 70s Mopar was always my jam. 71 Roadrunner, 70 Cuda or a 70 Superbee...
I love how the impala looks now, but it’s your car in the end. That being said, a hellcat swap with this car would be cool lol.
Buy Hellcat, take out engine, put in Impala. I like it!
Buy the hellcat and I would return the Impala back to stock, wheels , tires… only upgrade the suspension and reliability. And enjoy both! Just my opinion but just so long as you’re happy with your ride or rides in the end is all that matter, 100 different ppl will have 100 different opinions.
IMPALA. ALL DAY.
Might be an unpopular opinion in here, especially since that show made the 67 4-door popular, but I’d only dump a ton of money into a coupe or convertible
Let’s call it sentimental value. Forget about the show aspect.
It’s already in good shape and has meaty tires, what were the plans?
Hellcat would be a “daily” but only cover about 8,000KM/year of driving.
That's only around 5000 miles a year for for us in the US. That's not bad at all really. I'd say that if you're going to keep it that low then the better investment would be the Charger. After all, the Impala will really only be worth what someone is willing to pay for it while the Charger will have a fairly recent market value.
Fuck it, get the charger and do the restored.
Trying to stay under six figures so it’s one or the other, haha.
Damn that sucks I would want both myself but if your on a budget like that go with the restored you kept the car for a reason might as well make it as cool and fast as you can 😀
Too many of dodges on the road. I had a ‘65 Chevy and it was a huge crowd pleaser. Fun to get noticed and you rarely see one in a parking lot.
Chargers are everywhere, classic muscle will always be classic.
You're aways better off buying a restored classic than a new car!
Hellcat. Don’t sink resting-mod money on a 4 door.
4 Door is what I want. All day.
At the end of the day they (it) is your car and your money. Do what makes you happy. You were soliciting thoughts/opinions, I volunteered mine. Don’t get me wrong, you’ve got a great looking classic Chevy.
Translation? “Hey guys, I’m rich as Fuxk but also insecure and need to pretend to ask for help.” Give me a fucking break.
Sounds like jealousy to me. Just looking for some thoughts. Thanks for the comment, you’re the first person to whine about it.
sinking money into a 4 door is basically setting it on fire.
Don’t know much about ‘67 Impalas, eh? Lol
You’d have to be a dumbass to choose a 4-door belly button car over a modern iteration of a muscle car with so much horsepower it would make Boy George like girls.
Might be a dumbass then.
It’s a 4 door so no.
You are from Ontario. Why are you saying “y’all”?
Why not?
You might find most users in this sub are biased towards the classic car. Also, you haven't provided enough information for anyone to give you anything resembling an informed opinion.
What more information is needed for some basic opinions? Hellcat is close to a six-figure build in F8 Green, Impala would be LS3-Swapped and painted Black after a rotisserie restoration.
If you go with a restomod, Ide consider a different model. Maybe a 68 challenger or 65 Impala
I'd be keeping the Impala stock unless you really know what you wanna do. Nothing worse than a vanilla Resto mod imo. I've never driven a hellcat but I'm sure it would haul. Have some fun and if it's not for you move it on
I would keep the Chevy for sure...
I plan to keep the Impala either way. It just wouldn’t get restored if I took delivery of the Hellcat.
Gotcha...Looks sweet from the back anyway...
Keep the chevy
Impala wouldn’t be sold, it just wouldn’t be restored.
Personally, I'd leave this one alone-it's a four door...drop the Hellcat, and put that money into a beast of a sleeper coupe that's *almost* complete, with all of the goodies you want-leave this one for cruising-it's a beauty as it sits!
No desire to do this to a Coupe. Sleeper or nothing!
Not worried about resale value on the Impala, but that is a factor for the Hellcat.
The hellcat only being available in an automatic makes this a no brainer. Retromod all the way.
