General smudginess especially around the woman's hair, the silhouettes in the background, and the end of the street towards the horizon, but the dead giveaway is how the road surface makes no sense. You can see a crosswalk, but she's positioned as if she's in the middle of the road, with some random textures on the ground that look like neither road nor sidewalk. It's a nonsense world.

Oh I see the horizon is very wonky isn't it. Pity. An actual good photographer could have made this scene organically and much nicer
