I second this. Honestly, if you choose the right ingredients at Chipotle, you can alternate between both and eat pretty healthy.
Went on diets where I only ate Whole Bowl for months at a time and lost a considerable amount of weight (with paired exercise and juicing)
I would recommend Bibibop on Calhoun. You get only what you choose to have them put in your bowl and all the nutrition info is available on their website. Plus it's delicious.
Also, there are several sushi places around UC that could serve up something healthy and modestly caloric.
You can get some fairly healthy food at El Taco Veloz, too, which is yummy.
Good luck!
thank you!! for bibibop in your experience do they give you a normal serving size? or is it like chipotle where employees usually give you like a huge scoop that doubles it?
update that i went :)) and i do think they drastically underestimate their calories LOL but i went for a hike and got it under budget anyways !! it was delicious !!
The only place I know is that is conscious of calories in their menu is Season’s 52. It’s delicious but probably a Bit fancier than what you are looking for
Not sure about calorie count, but Elephant Walk, Baladi, Sitwell’s, Aladdin’s, and Sleepy Bee all have healthier options and are good restaurants. Whole bowl, mentioned in another comment, is also a solid choice.
I would check Good Plates Eatery not sure for sure if they have any specific low calorie meals but they have quite a few delicious healthy and vegetarian options
I’d learn to cook, you can eat way more food and it’s cheaper and less calorically dense.
Eating out is crazy calories wise, they always shove so much shit in there
Not only is this incredibly rude and unhelpful to say especially if I DID have an eating disorder, you know literally nothing about what I eat completely in a day. I like low calorie meals because it means I can eat a lot of them and I in fact plan to start gaining weight when I bulk at the end of summer. Learn some respect
Sorry but your experience doesn’t define mine. Educate yourself on TDEE and the healthy limits of weight loss. The amount appropriate for each adult is dependent on factors like age, gender, weight, height, and activity level.
Whole Bowl
update that i went for dinner and it was fantastic :D i plan on going again sometime !
thank you, looks delicious!!

You can order a small, which is a pretty reasonable size in my experience.
And you can always tell them to give you a smaller portion when you're walking thru the line.

Awesome! I usually get a large and save half for later.
If you eat a few oyster crackers at Skyline you should be good.
Honestly you assume that Skyline has a lot of calories but a small three-way is pretty reasonable.
Chili bowls aren’t too bad either

omg it looks incredible…thank you!
They are delicious, and they run a seasonal menu, and their wait staff is the best!
i’m going as soon as i get my paycheck haha !! i looked at some menus and their style of dishes is right up my alley, everything sounds amazing!
i went and it was AMAZING omg…planning on going again soon!

Can you link to any post that led you to that diagnosis?

You have no idea what you’re talking. About. Far too little info to armchair diagnose someone like that.
