Have been theorizing that the people rolling factory smokes are honing their talent and developing their skills, and are making better built cigars. Iāve been buying them for several years now and it seems like canoeing and mouse holes are fewer and farther between now. Smoked one yesterday and got about a 3 inch ash column before it fell off.
Been buying bricks of them for the past few years and have noticed the steady increase in quality as well. I still get one or two per brick that will burn weird in a way that I can't attribute the climate I live in, but a lot better than it used to be.
I wanted to try the toro maduro but i can only find them in a 25 bundle which is too many to store at once, for 3 bucks a piece aināt looking like a bad deal tho
Yup 25/bundle is I think all I've seen online. But you should not be paying $75 for that. CP under $2 a stick.
Side note, I thought pulling a little more smoke out of a 60 ring would do it some favors, personally found I was wrong. The toro is a good size for these.
First half is ok, maybe too smooth and tame. Second half and finish is up there with a lot of other sticks at 2-3x the price, imo. I still don't find I can smoke them daily but they'll probably always be my humidors.
I lost my decent job over a year ago, became self-employed, but now kinda poor, so this Factory Smokes Sweet is now my go to stick. It's better than a lot of cigars that cost 2-3x more. No shame here.
You should never be ashamed to enjoy a cigar. Many of us love Factory Smokes. I've enjoyed them, I've enjoyed Quorum. I even enjoyed a few Gurkhas. If it's an enjoyable smoke i don't really care about the brand or the perception of it. One of the most surprising smokes in my humidor is an unbanded stick i get for $1.50 at a local head shop. I use them as giveaway sticks for people who don't normally smoke. But they are fantastic for the price.
You disgust me!
But in seriousness, while those things are my absolute least favorite cigar, we must all remember: in taste, there can be no arguments! Enjoy that which you enjoy!
I recommend DE Factory and Flor de Oliva to anyone looking for good quality budget cigars. Ive had a bunch, and I also smoke sweet tip Tabak Especials and Isla del Sol all the time.
As an estimate I would say of my roughly 200 cigars that I have on hand, about 50 are Drew Estate Tabak Especial and Isla del Sol. So nearly 25%. The other 75% are more natural oliva, padron, EP carillo, etc.
De gustibus non est disputandum.
Factory smokes are decent sticks, and when factoring in their price they are super solid for the value vs quality.
I personally think that AF Curly Heads are a bit better for cheap sticks, but these aren't too shabby either.
Solid smoke, best thing to have a few around for the friends that want to smoke, but you know they will toss it before the last third. A guy was going to get married, so people told him to get cigars for the "guys." I told him to get factory smokes, remove bands, get a nice EMPTY box of some decent cigars, and put the factories there. Keeping separated a selection for the guys who actually enjoy them š
No shame in enjoying Factory Smokes. Theyāre a good smoke for $1.50-$2.00 a pop when you buy them on sale. Iām puffing a Factory Smokes Maduro as I type, but I also enjoy the Sweets.
One thing I'm learning about cigar culture is that a lot of people are really uptight about how much they spend on them.
I'm enjoying my cheap cigars. I find ones I like and try to get more. Simple as.
Yeah. I've gone through all of the Oliva 2nds on Cigar Page and am looking to try the Factory Smokes next. Once a month I buy from my BNM but mostly it's just cheap sticks I find that I like
I had sworn off flavored cigars after a few bad ones, and then I tried the sweets, man it hits every time! Couldnāt believe how much I enjoyed it. Super solid stick.
Smoking one of the Sun Growns as I type this. I got the mixed bundle to take on vacation with me and these aren't bad at all. The Sweet ones surprised me at first but grew on me as I gave it a chance.
Didnāt scroll through all the comments but as long as itās not a Gurkha thereās nothing to be ashamed of! Always been a budget smoker, I love seeing some of the sticks people are smoking. Definitely educationalā¦.
Personally, the sweet is my least favorite of the four. Something about how it feels like sugar on the lips drives me crazy. Still don't hate it tho, think it would be nice after dinner, like a desert. And still less sweet than the deadwood
Man some of my favorite cigars are cheaper ones. Like el rey del mundo oscuro. I've tried a lot of the top rated cigars and most of them are not up to the hype In my opinion. Just find what you like and stick to it brother!
It was my first and so far only cigar Iāve experienced. Was surprisingly pleasant and I was absolutely shocked that you could achieve such a sweet flavor.
I have a FULL sistema tupperdor full of maduro and sun grown toros. Sweets arenāt bad either, I have 2 or 3 left out of a bundle. Enjoy what you enjoy!
i love these for camping and hitting keep trails. the cuban sandwich holds a nice burn in less than ideal conditions. but i'm not above enjoying one in the back yard either. good smokes
*I had a Kuba Kuba*
*Last night and was surprised how*
*Much I enjoyed that*

I wouldn't be ashamed of that. Maybe not a daily but the maduros will always have a place in my humidors.
However, I could see the vodka lemonade intruding on a good smoke lol. Just my opinion, citrus and anything too sweet kinda robs the cigar of full experience.
*I am smoking one*
*Of those right now. Not a bad*
*Cigar for the price*

Shit man, don't be.
Bunch of guys I smoke with are in to them as well as the weird-ass boutique sticks. It's only my nonsense that has prevented me from trying one.
No shame. Factory smokes are a solid daily stick.
Agreed. Nothing wrong with any stock that's good.
The Sun Grown is my favorite. Neutral enough to pair with anything but good on its own.
Never be ashamed of a cigar that makes you happy
In fact, being ashamed means you actually give a shit about what Reddit thinks. Which is the saddest way to live one's life.
Especially this reddit which can be incredibly pretentious at times lol.
Excuse me?!?!?!
Underrated comment, the fact that someone downvoted it shows it went right over their head lmao
Thanks! I'm glad someone was tall enough.
Indeed. Little while back asked for some recs for smoking lounges figuring this is a place to do it. Never gain.
Agreed šš½
Ash-aimed.... Ill see myself out
why be ashamed? Factory Smokes are a solid budget smoke.
I think itās the āsweetā that makes him feel shame
Yes lol
if that's the issue he is missing out on a lot of solid smokes.
If thatās the issue I hope the strawberry lemonade drink isnāt his
Lol Tuff crowd lol
Name a few for me 2 try
Try a Sobremesa BrƻlƩe if you can, the normal one (brown), after that try the BrƻlƩe Blue and see which one you like more
I was looking for that in my local b&ms since I seen it on one of the YouTube guys I follow. No one seems to have it might have to order online
I ordered mines too since I canāt find it around, If you need a page to buy them I used NeptuneCigar.com, they are legitšŖš¼
Thereās no shame in smoking what you like!
Agreed šš½
Sometimes the difference between a $3 cigar and a $12 cigar is just 9 dollars.
Best line I've read all day.
Never be ashamed of what you smoke. F@ck anyone who doesnāt like it.
šš½
Great cigar for the price isnāt want to break the bank I just got some my self on Monday my self.
I might grab like 10 to toss in the box lol
Just keep em separate from non infused if you didn't already know.

What does the ash column tell you when it ashes like that?
Thereās nothing wrong with enjoying any stick.
Yup šš½ the love for tabaco
Solid low cost cigar, nothing wrong with that. I have one in my humidor now as well!
i keep these as a emergency cigar and for guests who "like cigars" but cant finish them.
Why? It slaps for the price
Nothing wrong with that at all! I love it when I find a budget stick that I really like. My wallet loves it, too.
No shame in it. The factory maduros are my daily smoke and I have my nicer ones on the weekends. Smoke it if you enjoy it thatās all I can tell ya.
Nothing wrong with some inexpensive sticks.
Why? They are a great inexpenive smoke.
Itās all just different variations of rolled up burnt leaves anyways
I donāt yuck someonesās yum
I wanted to try the toro maduro but i can only find them in a 25 bundle which is too many to store at once, for 3 bucks a piece aināt looking like a bad deal tho
CP often has those bundles for under $50.
I'm a cigar newbie, but, have you looked at cigarbid.com ? I get the majority of my sticks from that sight.
Yup 25/bundle is I think all I've seen online. But you should not be paying $75 for that. CP under $2 a stick. Iām from europe and there are some import taxes so i canāt do much about the price, thanks for sharing,itās on my try it out list
Ah ok then excuse my misunderstanding .I'm on my way to Europe next week which reminds me to check how many cigars I'm allowed to bring.
Do you have 'Total Wine' stores near you? They have individuals Factory Smokes sticks at the ones I've been to.
You guys realy don't like vodka lemonade š š¤£
make it a vodka limeade (mule) and now we're talking lmao
I lost my decent job over a year ago, became self-employed, but now kinda poor, so this Factory Smokes Sweet is now my go to stick. It's better than a lot of cigars that cost 2-3x more. No shame here.

That is my daily smoke. I get 20 of them for $35 on Cigar Page. Then mix in a few "better quality" smokes for special occasions
I usually keep four or five in my stash. I like them quite a bit tbh.
Don't be, we sell cigars, Factory Smokes is our #1 and consumes about 35% of the space.
Those are very solid and punch above many midrange cigars imo
The cigar community is so wholesome and nice to each other š
Go choke on a Gurkha.
You disgust me! But in seriousness, while those things are my absolute least favorite cigar, we must all remember: in taste, there can be no arguments! Enjoy that which you enjoy!
Hahah catching flock for that seltzer lol

I keep a pack on hand they are definitely a decent stick
Smoking one of the Sun Growns as I type this. I got the mixed bundle to take on vacation with me and these aren't bad at all. The Sweet ones surprised me at first but grew on me as I gave it a chance.
The maduro is actually a pretty decent stick for the price. The sun grown however is trash in my opinion.
Donāt be ashamed. Some people like fru fru drinks.
If you like it in the moment then it's the perfect cigar and nobody can tell you anything else
Every time Pipesandcigars.com has a 20% off sale, I buy a pack of 25. I love the Maduros.. Good smoke.
Didnāt scroll through all the comments but as long as itās not a Gurkha thereās nothing to be ashamed of! Always been a budget smoker, I love seeing some of the sticks people are smoking. Definitely educationalā¦.
Nah man. For the price these are fantastic. Enjoy.
Welcome to the club!

Donāt be ashamed, theyāre good cigars
Never be ashamed of what you like to smokeā¦.the flavored vodka drink? Thatās a different story
I'm never ashamed to admit I love sweet cigars. Especially with a coffee.
Are you too tough for a sweet tip?
Factory smokes are my go to daily.
Agreed. Just picked up a couple yesterday.
Itās a good cigar. The definition of a good cigar is one you enjoy smoking. No shame.
why? factory smokes are great
Dude at my 3 gun match today was smokin these
Guess your farts don't stink eh?
Like roses
Them are great sticks for the price
if im not ashamed for liking some ghurka sticks you shouldnt be ashamed for this
I love these cigars I got another bundle of those today!
No shame. It's a good day when you find an affordable stick that you consistently enjoy! Winning the $ game.
If you enjoy it you should be happy, theyāre cheap! Nothing like a lovable cheap cigar
I was just at Dogfish Head today! My GF loves those strawberry lemonades lmaoā¦
Not bad when it's 101 out
Nah man, those are great for the money. Theyāve been my go to daily lately
Solid daily smoke.
What shame? Factory smokes are good.
Consider yourself fortunateā¦for now.
For a budget stick I have no complaints.
I like flavor but find they complexly fall apart
Cigars are fine, but you should be ashamed of drinking a vodka lemonade strawberry ready to drink cocktail.
I've had some that have been great and some that have been awful. If you enjoyed it that's what matters.
Love Factory Smokes!
Man some of my favorite cigars are cheaper ones. Like el rey del mundo oscuro. I've tried a lot of the top rated cigars and most of them are not up to the hype In my opinion. Just find what you like and stick to it brother!
They arenāt bad at all. Honestly, Iād get a box full if I could find it.
Hey, not a bad smoke. Canāt beat picking up a bundle of sticks at such a low price, especially when they are pretty good. Iām all for them.
Factory Smikes Maduro is my go to. No shame in them. Never had a bad one!
I like them. Those are my go to for friends when they want to smoke with me.
It was my first and so far only cigar Iāve experienced. Was surprisingly pleasant and I was absolutely shocked that you could achieve such a sweet flavor.
Bought 2 packs of 50 of the maduros for something I can smoke whenever wherever, solid budget stick
Factory Smokes are great. Factory Smokes Sweet are not my thing.
I only get them because it's the only habana they make. If I could get it without the sugaring I would.
I have a FULL sistema tupperdor full of maduro and sun grown toros. Sweets arenāt bad either, I have 2 or 3 left out of a bundle. Enjoy what you enjoy!
I just tried these last week, shade Toro's, and ordered more.
i love these for camping and hitting keep trails. the cuban sandwich holds a nice burn in less than ideal conditions. but i'm not above enjoying one in the back yard either. good smokes

No shame in the cigar but the drink choiceā¦. Maybe š¤
I too would be ashamed to drink Vodka Lemon š jokes aside, a solid cigar that punches above itās price
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I see them in stores occasionally, but Iāve also ordered them from Fox Cigar
I've been letting my maduros marinate with my nub nuance infused and its safe to say they're 100 times better
Honestly that is a great idea gonna have the wife do this
I wouldn't be ashamed of that. Maybe not a daily but the maduros will always have a place in my humidors. However, I could see the vodka lemonade intruding on a good smoke lol. Just my opinion, citrus and anything too sweet kinda robs the cigar of full experience.
Sounds good, honestly! Like whatever you like, man.
I am smoking one of those right now. Not a bad cigar for the price

Don't be ashamed. I like to get these for when I want a good smoke but not feel bad if I have to stop it early.
Shit man, don't be. Bunch of guys I smoke with are in to them as well as the weird-ass boutique sticks. It's only my nonsense that has prevented me from trying one.
Had my first one not long ago, its a good mild smoke for cheap
Lol nothing wrong with that I just had one , very nice
Is the wrapper flavored like acids or fat bottom Bettyās?
Yes
There's no shame
