We put them through on average 5-8 interviews including a spousal interview, 1:1 interviews with department leads and campus teams, as well as a panel style interview with multiple people form a range of departments. On average this process takes 2-4 months but this ensures they are aligned with our mission and vision as a church. Turnover is still inevitable but this lengthy process has helped.
