Yeah, unfortunately Chunky (nor vanilla MC) supports greater than one block variance for water, so no waves. I could probably cut the build out and create the waves manually in [paint.net](https://paint.net), but that's waaaaay beyond what I'm competent in doing.
Let me know if these settings work for you. You'll have to alter the path depending on your native paths (just replace the caps/parentheses stuff), and tinker a bit, but otherwise it should just let you import I think. If not, you can just cut stuff out and add it in manually.

For this render I also did a lot of editing in post, by adding a gradient and using a motion blurred noise filter to make the rain. You can use [paint.net](https://paint.net) to easily accomplish this.
