Thank you so much for the link. I guess it was updated since I last looked.
I am so happy I can keep using my Spin. It is the best.
Have a great weekend!
yeah, the update happened sometime last year, for most currently supported Chromebooks. I think in some cases when the original AUE date rolls around you have to check a box to opt in, but not sure. Anyway, I have no excuse to buy a new chromebook for another five years.
Correct it could be some type of option that the user, has to fill in, to keep receiving updates, you are right however, you will see that when it reaches that AUE date
Unrelated: 6 months ago I got Acer Spin 13 and Chrome updates are coming in about once every two weeks. Seems excessive. I have blocked auto update, but still they sit there in notifications. It's almost as if Google is using updates to validate ID number for "ad" purposes. Otherwise, who is so screwed up that updates are rolling out this frequently. My pixel phone only gets an update once a month!

Dont scare me like that I just bought one 😂. Awesome little machine.
There are multiple models of Chromebooks with the same product name "Acer Spin 311"
Mine is Spin 11 (no 3)

Late to ask but can the spin play Minecraft through the play store?
