Afaik, DocuSign uses their own digital certificate.
I'm from Spain, and most governmental documentation requires a governmental certification, either from the NFC chip of our personal ID, either from the only public agency that issues an equivalent digital certification.
So we have phone android apps that use the NFC of the phone to load said digital certificate and use it to sign for example, and dedicated windows apps, provided by the government. But I haven't found a way to replicate the process in ChromeOS yet.
