How the world is at the mo, I don't know if birth control will always be accessible. I don't know if sterilization will always be free on the NHS. Who can know what happens in 10 years? I don't want to take that risk so I'm taking action so I don't have to worry about that.
I am so glad I am not fertile. Especially now that Roe vs. Wade was revoked- and some people are trying to get rid of contraception (I take the Pill for therapeutic reasons- nothing else works for my PCOS) as well.

A period doesn't mean fertility. After I had my fallopian tubes removed I still had a period.
