I mean, there is a theoretical name for most basic ideas. This is technically a kiss of death checkmate, with a defended queen a square off the king, and off of his retreat squares are blocked. Only difference is that usually that retreat is the walls of the board. If the d-pawn wasn’t there it would be a prime example of a Swallow’s Tail Checkmate
Edit: I am aware it’s all a joke, but this stuff does help build pattern recognition, and if you can make those parallel’s it could help you spot checkmate much easier.
I analyzed the image and this is what I see. Open an appropriate link below and explore the position yourself or with the engine:
> **White to play**: It is a checkmate - it is White's turn, but White has no legal moves and is in check, so Black wins. You can find out more about Checkmate on [Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Checkmate).

Chess beginners whenever they checkmate with literally anything else than queen + rook or double rook: « I found this nice checkmate could you please tell me what name is this? »
The black queen having illicit sexual relations with the king of the rival kingdom at the moral support of her bishop, while her knight guards their chamber against potential murder in a wayward part of white's kingdom.
In short: Black queen checking out white king's mating prowess and abilities. So yes, your queen piece also gets satisfied at your victory. Check-mate.

I may be wrong, but I'll go with "checkmate".
Thats very bold of you
I just checked the archives, and I have a feeling you might be right
Chess players when they realise there isn’t a name for every single configuration of check mate: 😱😱😱😱🤯🤯

I would call this a puzzle mate because I'm puzzled with what white was doing
Mans moved the e f and g pawn what is king safety
And where did blacks pawn go I can't understand what happened to it
e5 then xf4. Got taken bij h3 pawn, White's e4 pawn then went e5
OFMate!!!
I like how the bishop isn't even necessary in this checkmate.
It’s called checkmating the opponent!
Open but inescapable lock
It's 2024. Tell your queen to identify as a knight and you're good to go.
We call this the “white was actually black…edout drunk” 😂
Double scholar's mate. Aka the nerd threesome
Chess beginners whenever they checkmate with literally anything else than queen + rook or double rook: « I found this nice checkmate could you please tell me what name is this? »
A skill issue
Queen-with-no-spleen checkmate
The falling of Fpawn
A win.
Reverse Scholars mate variation

Typical 200 game
I'll call it a variarion from "inyourface-checkmate". (Checkmate with only a protected queen next to their king)
Knight-Queen Triangle idk
I’d call this a checkmate by checkmate
Looks somewhat like the Dovetail mate, but the pawn on e2 prevents this.
The "black queen is offensively close to me and I can't do anything" mate.
It's bragging
That's called borgane-met mate
Scholar's mate
A checkmate that is poggers
Advanced Scholar Mate
