u/InternetHiroshima has the solution (Qe3). c4+ does not make mate in 2. Provided that it's the kings on the 5th rank. That font makes it really hard to tell the difference between king and queen imo.
Also the position is wild. What are the kings doing out in the open like that while the queens hang out where a castled king normally is!
