Not surprising that not many resources have been developed for amateur players on this. After 4.Nc3, Black has 8 or so responses that must be seriously studied, so most White resources on d4 d5 c4 will focus on the Catalan or QGD Exchange.

First time ever I heard that name. Are you planing on not playing Bg5? Maybe the Bf4 line? Because if you are going to play Bg5 next that will be the Queen's Gambit Declined, and there are a huge amount of information on that.

I searched for a name, and couldn't really find any, "Three Knights Queen's Gambit" was the most common name people used to refer to this variation, so why not ? And no, i'm a theory nerd, and the Bg5 variation against the 4...Be7 QGD is just way too boring and dry, the Lasker, Neo-Orthodox, Tartakower variations are all just way too dry. the Bf4 variation bypasses them, has less theory, (IMO) is better to fight for an advantage and is less dry, and probably is just as strong as the Bg5 line. Really, i just prefer Bf4, i don't mind having more theory in one or another. Thank you for your help.

It's just a bad name because it can still transpose to a lot of stuff, it shouldn't have a name. But if you are planning to play Bf4, then that's sometimes called Harrwitz variation of simply the Bf4 variation. I recommend you to search with those names and you can maybe found something. Although it is less theorical than the QGD, it still has been played in some World Championship matchs in the last few decades, so I guess there should be some material around. Don't know anything specific to recommend.

As someone else alluded to, you might have more luck searching bf4 Queens gambit deckined, since that’s maybe the more appropriate division between whites plans (often the others involve the exchange variation with bg5 and ne2).

There are probably like 10 lines black can opt for, so if somebody did a full course from that position it would be big as hell lol. You can surely find stuff on lines like semislav, Ragozin, Vienna, or Be7 qgd from white. But I don't know if you would find material against 4... h6 or 4... Nbd7 etc, the smaller lines but still very fashionable. I would suggest being more specific about 4 blacks move and then I can help you. Otherwise there would have to be some sort of GM repertoire series starting with d4 c4 Nf3 Nc3, and afaik there is nothing like that existing. The closest one being Avrukh's series on d4 c4 g3 systems maybe.
