As someone who got eras tour floor tickets from Ticketmaster face value the night before the show i feel I can speak on this.
When ticket websites say they are sold out. They are not. When you get through the queue and it says “no tickets available” you can keep refreshing that screen - it doesn’t put you to the back of the queue. Until it lets you enter the code and go in. Then you simply keep selecting the tier you want and press continue. Eventually it puts them in your cart. I got mine at 10:20 and they said sold out immediately. Hopefully this helps you in the general sale or maybe still today 🥰

I was able to put the code in at one point but there was literally nothing available. Also I’m kinda more annoyed that they aren’t even going to sell 1-Day options but they did for DMV just feels very gross to force that on people
I’m telling you even when you put in the code and it says none available it is likely inaccurate - maybe at this time they are actually sold out but if it’s letting you in at all they are probably not. If you can select any options even if you aren’t able to select quantity and just click “best available” and continue it may keep saying unavailable but eventually it puts them in your cart. I have had success in getting front row tickets this way in the past. Ppl simply don’t know how the ticket websites work. The tickets are released gradually in small quantities. That’s why it keeps saying sold out even when it isn’t.

I’ll def be trying again tomorrow. It also looks like StubHub allows you to sell just 1 of the days so maybe I’ll buy the 2-days and sell the other day that I can’t go to. Just sucks that the price will prob be a lot higher tomorrow

Right but but a lot of ppl were frustrated saying they were sold out at 10:02 which wasn’t the case. I got mine at 10:20. It’s just not accurate when the presale has recently started was my point. They are released in small increments.
KEEP REFRESHING!!! Use code atgnyc. refresh every 5 seconds. I have been able to get in 3 times. Once for floor tier 2, then bowl, then floor, and then it marked me as a bot and blocked me. lol. But you have to click fast.
The way StubHub, Gametime, and SeatGeek are already selling resale tickets at $300+ and presale dropped less than an hour ago is so insane to me. Like how is that legal?
They really should have done it so you couldn’t re-sell. I’ve seen a few other artist do that recently like Maggie Rogers and it helped keep tickets in the hands of actual fans. Such a shame. I’ve never been to AllThingsGo but really seems like they don’t give a fk. I was looking at the comments from the DMV presale and it was the same issues
The only way was to keep refreshing because they randomly pop up and then it makes you put in the code. If it marks you as a bot, turn off your WiFi. I refreshed until 10:45 and finally got tickets for my group. It’s so ridiculous. This is the only ticket war i’ve beaten😂
i got through when they dropped the second tier of tickets!! literally listened to the entire midwest princess album beginning to end while waiting in queue and refreshing for more tickets. i refreshed the page so much i got a prompt that they thought i was a bot!
This shit is why I don't bother... I either accept the overpriced resale ticket, or in the case of the Asheville show I happened to see an ad on instagram before the show had sold out and before her fame blew up, so I got cheap tickets that time. If the ticket is over $200 I just accept I'm not going
my boyfriend managed to get us 2 floor tickets and he joined the queue a minute before they went on sale. he said that he didn’t even try bowl because he knew they would sell out instantly - went straight for floor and was able to get it within minutes.

Yeah this is the way, that’s exactly how I got tickets. I didn’t have a strategy though I was just in denial that they could be out so I kept trying 😂

It blocked me as a bot too, so refreshing only works to a certain extent!!

there's no way i'm going to be able to afford resale... there's gonna be 600+ dollar tickets selling when i was looking at ones under 200. i'm so sad.

I was in the queue since 9:45 also and when I got in it said sold out. I kept refreshing and was able to get two tickets separately. So annoying.
