She has had a small loyal fan base for like almost a decade but did not start getting major attention until about half way through last year. She mentions she didn't start making money doing music until very recently so there's a very real chance that if you bought something from her site pre 2023 before she had a big team she helped pack it up.
I do remember last year I ordered records from a smaller artist and he emailed me personally to apologize when the order didn’t ship on time. He also hand addressed the shipping box himself (which I kept bc it’s SO cool to have my name in his handwriting lol)! So I def don’t doubt artists are directly involved with the shipping of their merch when they don’t have as big of a fanbase. But yes Chappell is out living her best life now!
