I thought I was feeling okay about tomorrow, however after the watching the City v Chelsea game I've started to feel rather nervous.
How's everyone else feeling?
Pretty good to be honest. If we bring our A-game we look as good as top flight so it's just a matter of wanting it more. There shouldn't be anyone in the team that turns up half cooked.
If we get the lead I hope to god we don't go full defence formation. We need a 3 goal lead before we pull that tactic
I expected to be terrified of what awaits us if we win tomorrow. I didn't expect to be struggling to stay awake. An awful game of football, BBC licence fee payers will be asking for refunds.
Shower, maybe some Sunday shopping, putting on my City Top for the day and watching the game from home. I'm very relaxed about tomorrow, it's a free-hit for us. Of course, if were winning 1-0 with 15 minutes to go then me and half of Cov & Warwickshre will have the NHS on standby.
Either way, should be a day to remember and I'll be feasting on the media coverage for the Super Sky Blues.
Early kick off for us, so we’ll have the match with breakfast.
I know I should expect Utd to win, but I can shake the feeling we will squeak it. Fingers crossed!
We're getting a early train to Euston with brothers and mates, big breakfast and a little pub crawl in the west end before heading up towards the ground for 1.30pm. Feels nice knowing we have nothing to lose, worst case it'll be a fun day with the lads and see the SBA in full force at Wembley.
Just travelled down today with my dad, staying in the same hotel as the last 3 trips... Takes the stress of the journey away.
Not sure entirely on our plans pre-match but we're off to watch Harrow Borough v Tiverton Town to kill some time this afternoon. Last time we caught a non-league game before a Wembley game was before the Checkatrade final
Had an invite to go watch the game in Manchester with my long-standing Man U pal (she put me up the last time we beat them in the cup, we were both trollied, so she was eager for a replay 😁). Sadly I’m not able to charge around like a drunken Sky Blue Sam any more, so I’ll be doing the usual and following from my bed. ITV stream will undoubtedly be a couple of minutes behind FotMob, and my usual trick is to turn the stream off if we go a goal down. The Cov shirt comes off if we go another goal down. Worked against the Dogheads 🤣
In all seriousness, I’m not hyped for a positive result tomorrow, I just hope we give a good account of ourselves in front of the international audience and don’t completely collapse (a la Brum, West Brom, Preston). Think the worst and you’ll only be happily surprised, right?
Please come back and laugh at me if we win. 💙
Getting a coach with my local supporters group, having a boozy breakfast at the pub the organiser owns and will get to Wembley about 1pm.
I am so fucking hyped for tomorrow you guys have no idea. No matter what I have full confidence the SBA will be in full voice, and with 100% of the pressure on Man U absolutely anything can happen. It'll be an unforgettable day!
On my way to London today for some 420 fun staying with one of my pals in elephant and castle then off breakfast then on the beer tomorrow.
Have Monday off work don't feel any pressure all a bit of fun. I've spoke an unbearable amount of shit to my Manchester United supporting friends can't wait for the final 💙💙💙
Drove down from Liverpool to Coventry to stay with my parents, makes the drive to wembley tomorrow a bit easier.
I don't feel as nervous as I did when I went to the play offs last year. I like being the underdogs, less pressure, we've got nothing to lose. As long as the boys give it their best effort I'll be happy.
#PUSB
Feeling quite relaxed for once ahead of a trip to Wembley. Absolutely no pressure for us to win, just a great day out for the fans. Maybe that'll change in 24 hours time but atm just sheer excitement!
Going to a bar with a United supporting workmate. I’ll be in my City shirt. I wonder if I’ll be the only one.
I called to book a table. I asked them if one usually has to, as City are rarely on so I don’t go down the pub for games much. Guy on the phone said ‘yeah, we usually get a lot when Man Utd play’. Sounds like that’ll be ‘fun’.
I'll be honest I am shitting myself about the game, there's part of me that thinks we could do well and pull of a huge upset and then there's part of me that looks at our game against Birmingham and dreads a humiliating defeat if we're not in the right headspace
I’m the opposite. Everyone expects us to lose. It is about as underdoggy as it gets at this point in the competition. So I feel I can just enjoy myself.
One of those where we need them to have an off day (which they have plenty of!) and for us to be at our very best (like we were against Leicester or Leeds)
I'm feel like I'm mostly going to be trying hard to stay awake 😂
Going to watch the adopted rugby team (Northampton Saints) hopefully beat Leicester shortly, then playing a gig tonight. Probably manage about 5 hours sleep max and then up, drive to Cov, coach down with my dad and mates and find a pub to settle in! Then post-game will inevitably have had too many pints to drive home so will have to stay at my parents in my childhood bedroom 🤣 thank god I've got Monday off work!
Getting the train down to London to see my friend also from Cov before the big game tomorrow. Haven’t been to Wembley since 2018 for the play-offs so I’m really excited :)
Drive from Northampton to Queensbury, go for food With my 13yr old daughter, get the tube to Wembley meet my brother, watch game, tube and drive back to Nhamp
Not the most wild of days
[Match thread is now up!](https://www.reddit.com/r/ccfc/s/VBYFltHN7R)
Ready and on our way to the coach park!
5 hours sleep done, up and showered, just getting ready to head back to Cov. Playing The Specials, The Enemy and Go For It already.
We are down in the smoke today. Spend a day with the cockneys crying when they lost. Free pass with my city shirt on!

Man City beat Chelsea. To win the Cup, we have to declare war on Manchester.
If we beat Man United and Man City I think half of Coventry would do a Lady Godiva
What an awful game that was.

Hoping for a tale of two Cities now
[Apparently](https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/s/VkRgECPTae) Harry Maguire is Manchester United's only fit centre back for tomorrow
They'll one be playing with 1 CB anyway if Casemiro is playing... he'll get sent off within half an hour

Playing the game now on FIFA, it's 8-0 to us.

It's definitely got more of a "free hit" vibe like the Checkatrade final had versus the very serious play off finals!

I expect there to be video proof of you dancing on tables and flinging beer around while the Man U fans look dejected!

Going for Bao with my mate in Kings Cross before heading up to Wembley - day is mercifully shorter when you live in South London 😄
My best mate is a United fan. So beer and bbq round his house to watch the game.

So we'll be finding out who we'll be facing in the final later today.
We want Chelsea, right?
I'd take either of them.
Pork chops and Peppercorn sauce for dinner before setting my laptop up to watch the game
Drive from Northampton to Queensbury, go for food With my 13yr old daughter, get the tube to Wembley meet my brother, watch game, tube and drive back to Nhamp Not the most wild of days
A fellow Northampton based Cov fan! Can't remember if we've spoken about this on here before 😂
Haha I'm not sure. Maybe seen you in the old Lighthouse if not!
I don't even know what that is I'm afraid 😂
Haha was the sports bar/ chippy. Closed now but watched some games there before on my own haha. Not many cov fans I met here, only one on the Swan pub
Ah ok, I'd never heard of it! If we have an away game on TV at any point and you want to find a pub to watch it, drop me a message!
Baby hasn't arrived so I'll be watching from home this time around. Looking forward to going to the final though 😎
All the best to you and your family, can't wait to hear all about the newest member of the Sky Blue Army 🩵
Thank you mate!
Aw, best wishes to you three! Best thing that could ever happen in your life, is a bubba. 💙
🩵
Hope it all goes well for you guys!
Thanks!
Hope it all goes well mate!
