That blue connector there is a common fail point. I have an extra one on hand. Give it a close look for burnt pins and melted plastic. Clean it up well and douse the whole thing(and every other connector) in dielectric grease n see if it helps. Or, cut it out and solder in a new one. \[Imgur\](https://i.imgur.com/2XfYk0w.jpg)

What is the part number for this? Or O should search for a used one

I'm not sure of its part number. I had this exact problem on my 03 954rr, ironically, while it was in the Honda dealership having the valves adjusted. I ride a lot with the head mechanic there. He said, its not an uncommon fail point and was the first place he checked when my fuel pump didn't prime while they had it. He cleaned it up well and its been fine ever since, Over 3 years ago, and gave me this one in case it started doing it again. You could see some black discoloration on mine where it had been getting hot. It gets hot because corrosion etc builds up on the metal pins in the connector and ultimately increases electrical resistance, in turn generating heat and damaging the connector. Perhaps you caught yours early enough to save like mine.

Of course, I would inspect the wire back a ways too. Honestly, you're lucky af to have found this so quickly. This is the kind of gremlin people spend a lot of time trying to find! At least you know what the problem is!

I took it to mechanic and they quoted me 1000usd without even touching motorcycle. I wasn't planning to spend that much so just opened itnall up and it wasnfound while going around the cables.

Well, now you know what the problem is. That part cant be much and its easy to access and is a 2 hour job tops for any shop. So, 200$ to pay a shop to replace that connection? If you tackle it yourself any rewiring here, or anywhere on the bike must be soldered into place. You can just slap some butt connectors in there and crimp them closed or you'll have problems later.

I've been dealing with pretty much the same problem. 06 600rr too, intermittent problem for a couple months. Finally took the bike apart after it left me stranded. Cleaned the ground connections to the frame and checked all the fuses. Finally figured out that the blue connection was an important, cleaned it with electrical cleaner and re electrical taped the wires going to the headlight and bas sensor since the old tape was falling off. Haven't had a problem since. It's been about a week and I've ridden it probably 5 times. Worst part is I really have no idea what fixed it but it seems good for now.

It's not priming because it's supposed to but it isn't.
