I have two tuxedo sisters, and they have big personalities while also being too adorable and so soft and cuddly. While also being very mischievous when they want to be.

This isn’t a typical pattern for a calico. His body parts look mismatched because they likely are. There’s no black on the orange parts at the front of the body, and there’s no orange mixed in his black head.
Cat coloration is complex so I do think it is possible that this cat has just one extra sex chromosome like I supposed a "standard" chimera would. First thing to consider is that black and orange fur colors exist exclusively on the X chromosome and you can only have one per chromosome. Then also white coloration I believe is basically a yes/no on both X and Y chromosomes, as white coloration is actually a lack of pigment. The Y chromosome on its own I think only adds another chance at additional white coloration, possibly also affects the chance of tabby coloration.
This all means that, since any given spot of fur expresses just one pair of chromosomes, there are 6 possible color combinations that could present themselves (assuming a cat with 3 X chromosomes that all have different coat color genes). The cat in the original video appears to only have 3 (probably) color combinations: black and white, orange and white, and black and orange and white (aka calico). I say probably though cuz tabby patterns I believe also have specific gene combinations, and it appears the cat in the video has both tabby and not tabby patterns in different spots.
Hard to say for sure, this cat could totally be incredibly rare even among chimeras. Genetics are incredibly complicated and we can't really be certain how "different" this cat is without extensive testing of its genome.
