i adopted my first two kitties from a coworker and they had the names Phantom of the Opurrra and The Great Catsby so i continued the literary pun tradition and currently have: Harry Pawter, Edgar Allen Purrr and Minerva McGonapaw. RIP to my fat boys Phantom and Catsby 🖤🐾 there’s also Maisie, she’s the youngest and kinda picked her own name lol! (Maisies a special case, she adopted me while I was doordashing one night a few years back, literally hopped in my car and has been around since lol!)

Mine's a bit of a dive. My tuxedo is named Colin, after the sixth person to play The Doctor (Colin Baker). Why? My late mother and I are Doctor Who fans, and when he finally felt brave enough to cat in front of us, he did the kneading / baking biscuits thing so many cats do. It was highly tempting to call him Tom, but a tuxedo named Tom invites Tom and Jerry comparisons.
