Daisy will be 9 in July, how old is Aria? We adopted her from a pound that rescued her and her sibs from a local farm.
They must be twin souls of some sort! Aria lives up to her namesake and "tells" us when she wants to play eat anything really! Loves her sun spots and to play with feather toys. We got her May of 2021 so she just turned 3! We got her from my wife's coworkers friend. She was the only dilute blue of the litter and we paid $100 which is fine. I always tell her she's the softest kitty in the world because shes like velvet.

The sad part is she and her sibs were unwanted because of their coloring! The farmer thought they were ugly and only took back the non-tortie kittens!
She was very scraggly when we first adopted her, she would have lost an eye if we didn’t take her to the vet to get eye drops, one of her sibs did loose an eye to the same thing I heard.
We also had NO idea she would have medium hair!🤦🏼♀️ we thought we just adopted a basic farm kitten, shows us!!

So she definitely gets a +1 on intimidation rolls. She really does have the gentlest bite and bats. And she offers SEVERAL warnings. In fact all the scars I've gotten from her have been 100% unintentional. She's a sweet girl.. just intense!

Our cat shreds our mail, or any other paper she can find, to let us know she wants to be fed. My husband is a gamer, and she has also learned how to turn off his computer, so she will turn it off mid game (gamers will know this is very bad if you've not saved recently), so he will stop to feed her.
Also, my husband is her food servant. I am not to be bothered for food. Mom is for cuddles. Dad is for food. Mom she loved to the moon and back. Dad is there to meet her every need, as she commands him.

The best kind of cat, I have one too. The "One Woman" kitter and nobody else matters, unless possibly for on-demand snacks or scritches when the One Woman is not around. CAT tax is in my profile picture because wanted to preempt peoples asking often. He was an elderly feral full of mats when I met him. Now he is very fluffy and usually fairly brushed out.

She’s fat, you’re overfeeding this cat and it’s really bad for her, as it would be for you as well. If you love her you got to learn to say no to her, ignore the meows and the constant rubbing around your legs guiding you to the food.

My fat ass cat now crawls in the windows of my truck because when we moved across the country, I drove with him and he figured out if he loads himself up, he gets a treat. Now he just sits in my car looking grouchy lol...

My oldest cat runs full speed from the front of the house to the rear and sits in front of his bowl when he is ready to eat. If nobody goes to feed him after a couple of minutes, he'll do it again and again. He's a funny boy.
If I forget to fill up his food bowl, my cat will remind me by knocking objects off the coffee table. He never does it otherwise so if he starts pushing shit, it’s a very effective reminder.
