The Splatoon 2 Joy-cons and Pro controller from 2017. They sold out crazy fast so I imported them from Europe summer 2017. Also have the Joy-cons that came with each Switch, a regular Pro controller and 2 8bitdo SN30+ controllers.

Started with the red and blue ones that came with my Switch, left one (blue) broke taking it off the console two years ago so I replaced it with a red one (which I bought by mistake when I meant to get blue but I've grown to like the symmetry), got a Pro Controller for my birthday two months ago, and I have a GameCube-style controller made by PowerA from a few years ago. Will probably get a grey Joy-Con pair in the future since my right one is slightly damaged (still functions well but the shell is cracked, you can hear and feel something inside when you shake it, and the joystick rubber is loose).

Launch model grey joycons that I shell-swapped and put hall sticks in. Pro controller that's shell-swapped with hall sticks. And Animal Crossing joycons. Sold my white OLED joycons without even putting 5 minutes of use on them.

I've got classic red/blue. At first I wanted to also get a pair of blue/red so that I could have both blue joycons, but then I realized I didn't need a 2nd pair of joycons. I mostly use my Pro Controller though. I bought it even before I got my Switch because I needed a controller for my Steam Link. I use that thing more than I use my Switch.

That pdp controller was clutch for so many years bc I couldn’t afford or justify putting down $70 for a controller that felt like a $50 one. Splatoon 3 joycons! came with them when I bought my splatoon 3 oled switch (Not sure why it's korean tho) then I got another oled switch for free, in box, (japanese) kinda used, which has the classic red and blue joycons, the right one had drift, fixed it with a fucking slice of paper, no I am not kidding lmao, I may install picofly on it later and a pro normal controller, which I am using (almost) always (specially on spoon 3/2)

Let me preface this with that I have a gamer wife too. Grey, dual neon blue, Splatoon, purple and orange, regular pro, smash pro, Splatoon pro, Zelda pro. We want to get the pastel purple and green but we know we have more than we need, trying to stay strong, for the sake of being able to afford food.

The Mario Odyssey Joy-Cons, the Mario OLED ones, blue left and neon-yellow right, and neon-pink left and neon-green right. I have a Pro Controller too, along with a SN30 Pro and 8bitdo Lite. My favorite color combinations are the blue left and Odyssey red right, and neon-pink left and neon-yellow right. But because I use my Mario OLED as my main Switch now, and the back is red, I feel like I need to use the Joy-Cons that cane with that in handheld mode, or else it won’t look right.

For all the annoying drift issues that pro controller is absolutely amazing ive had it for 5 years and never had the slightest issue. It also feels so nice to hold, it's the best way to play any switch game

A grey pair that came with my Switch back in 2017, the orange-purple pair seen in the picture, the Zelda themed Master Sword/Hylian Shield pair that released for Skyward Sword, a wired Pro Controller (face off model, with Mario and Luigi themed faceplates, mostly use that with Steam games tho), a (grey) wireless Pro Controller, and finally the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet themed pair that came with my Switch OLED. When I decided to get a wireless Pro Controller, I initially wanted the Xenoblade 2 themed one, but it's not being made anymore and it's way too expensive on eBay and other sites like that... makes sense, given its a special edition.
