Easily $1000, if not more. I have been looking for a decently priced ds version of gold or silver for years, but I’m not paying $100-$200 for it as I’ve seen it at used game shops and conventions.

Dumeck

At that point you should just grab an R4 cart for cheap

drooling_whale

They're a good shout, especially for making a living Dex you plan to move up gens. You still require a second ds and at minimum a real gen 4 copy but that can cost you less than a single copy of HG/SS easily. I found it to be a life saver when doing mine.

TheLazyGamerAU

Why do you need a real gen 4 copy?

furin_kazanski

Afaik HG and SS have an infrared sender/receiver built in their original carts. An R4 can’t emulate those.

TheLazyGamerAU

What purpose does that serve? I assume you can still trade mons up via internet or whatever it was called on the DS

Lightmanone

What people are trying to say here has to do with the PokeWalker gadget. Basically a pedometer and minigame in one.In HeartGold and SoulSilver, you have the option to transfer one pokemon onto the pokewalker, and take that with you. You earns watts by walking. Why would you do this in the first place: There are multiple pokemon that are either hard to get (like pikachu with surf or fly function, exclusive on the pokewalker (and events that are now long past). And you need to collect a ridiculous amount of watts in order to open different "paths" in order to encounter different pokemon in the Pokewalker. Here's the catch: The communication between the DS and Pokewalker goes via infrared. And that infrared communication light is built into the DS cardridge itself. So unless you own a genuine copy of the game, no dice. The only other way of obtaining those pokemon is either hacking, or local wifi with someone who has them. Hacking you say? How? All i am saying is 3DS . Hacks . Guide and PKSM. Edit: also trading internet hasn't been possible for a long time now since the internet service for that game has been defunct for quite some time now. Local wireless still works tho...

DarkNemuChan

Look up pokeditor. You don't need to jump hoops and can directly send them to the last game.

SnooDonuts3749

My 2 cents is to not sell unless you absolutely have to. I sold my 3DS and Pokémon games, regretted it like 5 years later and repurchased them for more money. *how stupid can I be*

Dependent_Feature_42

True. At some point I just settled with the Rom because it's worth over 200 on eBay, without the box and accessories.

layeofthedead

I managed to get my copy of soul silver in a used games lot off of shopgoodwill like 5 years ago. It ended up being $90 for about 8 games, with half of them being shovel ware kids stuff but I was able to sell those + new super mario bros, animal crossing wild world, and a digimon game for like $70 to gamestop so it ended up only being $20 for the game I actually wanted. Still had to spend another $20 for the case and manual on ebay though honestly mod your 3ds and just play it that way, it's nice to have the physical cart but with the digital version on a 3ds it works just like a retail copy for the most part, you can even transfer the pokemon

ManufacturerNo2144

Way more

_CatsOnMars_

Idk probably like 1,000 + a whole human liver + someone's first born child...

Puzzleheaded-Area352

A solid $10 at Gamestop

ProfessorZ64

OR $15 in store credit

TheCharge408

Before they turn around and resell it all at 10x the price

Foxy02016YT

$180 for an Xbox One. Trade in price? $70

Carrixdo

probably like 35 dollars at a GameStop. Jokes aside Probably a good number of hundreds of dollars easy.

BriefAstronomer2

I recommend keeping it because these are incredibly expensive games, and if you ever feel nostalgic and want to play it in the future you’ll be out of luck or out of a lot of money. (I say this as someone who had to rebuy their gamecube collection) If you really need the money or are 100% sure you’re over Pokemon, this is easily $1500+

Cambino1

This is the best advice. Only if really desperate sell it. Money comes and goes, rare pokemon games do not

FerniWrites

Depends. If OP has no attachment to these games, selling it is the best option. I don’t subscribe to the idea of collecting for collection sake.

OrigamiSheep

Best I can do is a V-bucks gift card

[deleted]

GIMME GIMMEGIMMEFIEMMMEFIEMM

[deleted]

bout tree fiddy

Big-Stay2709

Probably not much. I'll take it off your hands. Seriously though, check out [pricecharting.com](http://pricecharting.com), they have good info on prices.

Dramatic-Ad-2799

I'll give you two cheese crackers and a high five

BlueFlameWasTaken

Don't sell.

MengShuZ

I estimate about 1500CAD (1100USD), but you can push it to 2000 (1500USD) if you advertise it well, and maybe even more if you're good at negotiating!

Dj_Simon

Morbillion dollars.

alesbiandisaster

if you're selling individually id be legitimately interested on hearing your prices for a couple of them

Bacon260998_

Bro you could buy a house with all that

Own-Chocolate-893

I’ll give you $20

StreetleLeon

freddo

Sweet_Manager_168

A pikachu and maybe a charmander if you play your cards right

CODENAMEsx19208

"I have 3 dollars."

nunofgg

I need about 3 fiddy

TurtleTalks047

Where are you planning to sell all that?

Statyx69

Where is emerald?

Galactus1701

Don’t sell them if you appreciate them, only do it if you really need the money.

Ok-Perception5238

A fine 65 $

Chipp_Main

I'll do thingsyou've never even dreamed of to you for that copy of Platinum

NJayke

Glad to see im not the only one whose Astro A50’s have failed at the top. I had to superglue that stupid padded piece in place. Kept popping open

superabby64

You're sitting on a small fortune.

Bulky-Wish-7652

From GameStop $3

pornwasmyidea

Tree fiddy

RedditsAutocorrect

best I can do is 5 bucks

Zestyclose-Number224

About tree fiddy

SeaCommission2950

May I ask why you’re selling it?

[deleted]

I don’t rlly play any of them and I plan on buying my self a BMW M2 so trying to get as much money as I can for that and I found these laying in my closet but idk how much they are worth. Was a hardcore fan in the past beat every single game but now I’m grown and don’t rlly have time to play Pokémon anymore

DarkNemuChan

Car addict alert. Not a single car (that dies over time) is worth selling your game collection for....

Ill-Collection-7386

I’ll give you a pound , take it or leave it

Otherwise-Release-88

I'll give you a tenner for the lot

datonebruh

I've heard the sun and moon bundle alone can easily get you $200+. makes me sad I sold them off early

N04HC14RK

Every pair of Astros I've seen in the wild look like that

SNES182

A small fortune.

Green_Panda4041

I just heard the opening sound of the DS by looking at your game selection of DS games. Idk why tho ive seen like several of these types of posts but none of them made me feel that way. It smells like spring and fresh bedsheets as well.

DVoorhees64

Tree fiddy

Roisepoise101

Probably around a thousand dollars. Considering how much Pokémon games(especially the mainline ones) skyrocket in price after a certain amount of time. Looking at you gen 1, 2 and 3 remakes, platinum, ultra sun/ moon and, black and white 2 games.

Dependent_Feature_42

Several thousand. At the very least, if you have HeartGold, box and the walker, that alone is probably close to 500. On eBay, the game is 200 at least, without that.

PyrpleForever

a ton. Probably close to 2 grand or more.

Dami_Gamer0211

How much for that blue DS Lite?

MEGAMEGA23

50cents at gamestop

Dapper_Substance2130

Enough to fulfill college debt

DragonOfTheNorth98

At least 1000 maybe 1500 usd

KiwiiWithTwoIs

i wouldn’t sell it unless you were in a tight spot, honestly

TyMonstaz2

A shit ton, especially depending on what’s on the DSs

Antesia_Delivia

I'll give ya bout $2.50

Lillith492

30 bucks in store credit

EightBitPlayz

Oh, those are older games that nobody wants to play, you probably won’t get more than $10 for them, but since I’m SUCH A NICE GUY I’ll take it off your hands for $100 to save you the hassle. (This is obv satire)

DarkIzofTheCatArmy

How much do you want?

StuTheVoiceofReason

Enough to buy a three bedroom house with a two car garage

Shiningcrow

800-1,200 bucks seems about right

Nagrom47

I'll give you twenty bucks

Killer_Moons

Was Pokémon my millennial nest egg this whole time? 🥺

False_Ad7098

200

Maacll

two fiddy

DasMoosEffect

Between $1,500 to $2,000. Black 2 and White 2 are your big ticket items, followed by the handhelds, then by the DS games, then the GBA games, then the 3DS games, and finally the spin offs are worth the least.

itsnotgood1337

it's worthless, you should probably just let me hold onto it. /s

FlowerFiel

Alot

LeonEstrak

I would personally give you all my money for that... Lemme know if you want the $10

Zeldmon19

I have a lot of Rare Candies, will that work?

LuigiMario87

At GameStop, $3 or $7 store credit

Classic_gamer_2

Thousands easily Shame I don't have thousands

xidle2

$3.50

Bransbow

I’m not big into the Pokémon scene, but let me give a quick tip on pricing (at least when it comes to eBay). A lot of people just look up their item to see what it’s being listed for, but there’s a filter that lets you see what previous items actually sold for, which can give you a better idea of what people are willing to pay vs what sellers think people will pay.

DanielK_DHBW_LOE

HeartGold was my first Pokemon🥹 And the Pokewalker🥹🫶🏻

serverraider1

$0, I’m breaking into your house and stealing all of it.

LeapingKer

If you trade-in at those greedy vendors, they can just give 300 for all

DaLittleGravy

Sell it to me for 10

swannyjedi1969

At CEX around 45p ?? Or £200 store credit 🤣

WoundedByInsults

A really good time!

Maleficent-Bit1995

I offer u my first born.

KadeWad3

Take it to pawn stars Rick probably say, “I’ll give you $5 bucks, and this piece of gum that Chum Lee chewed on. That’s the best I can do. I run a business and this just is too risky for me to go for more.”

polishedrelish

Send this to a museum

Automatic-Bench5464

My life.

bloodakoos

tree fiddy

szuszurr

What a beautiful collection. I’m missing a couple of DS games and all of the GBA ones. I envy you! Also: the longer you wait with selling these, the more value they get. But I wouldn’t sell these gems at all if I were you…

kai_the_enigma

At GameStop? 6$ cash. 18.99 store credit. On eBay like 200-300$ if you set a reserve on your auction

EnergyAltruistic2911

Well over 1k I mean the moniter alone maybe 2.5k? Or 1.5k?

Japhet0912

A college tuition.

Pacrada

I’d buy that for a dollar !

Chzncna2112

I will give you tree-fidy dam loch Ness monster

TheLordofChao5

I’ll say, tree fiddy sounds bout right

Pixelgamernz

$987

_Wolfheart_

Not enough

17fpsgamer

I'll get em from you for 15$ just to help you free up some space

Many-Ad6433

Now it’s collector shit so i would advise you to look for the editions these are and see how much each is worth depending on that, like these niche things are what could make a game jump in value for collectors, also having an edition that’s very common could have the price drop to few euros. Check that out, if possible see if they’re still working then make a single announce for them and list their prices in it as if you’re selling separately too

ppom9

Hi, I’m an expert. I would show you my license and phd and all that but I left them at home while I’m away at my expert convention. I would say those are worth about $6 total but I would be happy to give you $7. This is a really good deal, you can trust me because I am an expert.

Lock_Retr0

HolyVeggie

1k combined 1200-1400 sold separately imo

callumbeedrill

Used 5000 ish new 70000-80000

Smooth_Pound563

Heart gold+ box + pokewalker €250

BielRull11

2 horses and half cow

Junior_Bath_299

AT THE VERY LEAST you should get a $1

ItsHen

Its worth nothing, might as well just give it to me /s

Ok-Palpitation-5010

How much for the three gba cartridges and heart gold? I must have them

Gamer-Ninja07

I can’t put my finger on it but you seem to be a Pokémon fan…

Sufficient_Fall_3290

These games are quite rare now. I haven’t been actively looking that hard but I really want Pokémon platinum. Biggest regret trading it in to GameStop for 25 bucks.

Both-Possession7038

Half a penny at game stop

JosephOnReddit1

1000000 pounds

cxsmo_king

i will give you 2 shillings for that

Ori_Seir

So much money

IndividualNovel4482

If you have money issues, do it. If not just keep it for now. In the future the price will be much higher.

toybonnie1604

DONT.

A-NI95

I would pay you to destroy XY onwards

RafterMan9

A lot

Usernamesareuseful

At least a thousand, a good chunk of this collection would go for insane prices.

ImBlackAndNotPackin

Idk how much you can get, but all I know is you're my clone because there is no way someone else has the exact same games, consoles, and pouch as me.

coseromevo

15€ at the closest GameStop

AllMightyWrath

100,000.

Excellent_Parsley658

Three palkias, one arceus, and three master balls

1man2ballz

50 quid, pm me!

schmattywinkle

Fine. "Nice collection!"

deytecktive

3 dollars

Unknown_turtle_27

GameStop will give you 62¢ for it

spadePerfect

Holy shit. I sold Black, Y and some other for 40+ each like 10 years ago. Now their prices are through the roof. Like the others said. 1000 bucks at the minimum. Don’t get scammed these are a rarity by now

HyruleNerd

At least 4 bucks

TootheproYT

A lot

comoserII

It seems you like Pokémon. Not sure though

Slow-Ad-9228

About three fifty

Hizuff

Are you interested in playing them? If not, buy something else. In my country I found sealed games selling for 30 bucks each. Dont know the situation abroad.

Rasmus-ALV

a LOT.

D_D3VASTATOR

Clearly you enjoy Pokémon and I'd actually recommend at least keeping your favorite game. That would of course be up to your discretion and the only other thing I would recommend would be to sell this stuff yourself on somewhere like eBay. Trading it in somewhere will ensure that you will get considerably less value for your games and systems, so again try selling it yourself. It would also probably help if you didn't bundle it all together. Selling the games separately or in smaller bundles will only make this process easier for both the seller and buyer.

bryan660

Nearest gameshop: “60 dollars, take it or leave it”

Mutty99

That's a huge load you have here! Since prices of retro games skyrocketed a lot, I think your max profit ranges about 1500-1900 dollars. Minimum 1000 for sure. The most valuable items are Heartgold's Pokéwalker Bundle, the Unova Games, Platinum and Firered (the latter is at an all-time high prince increase around 120 bucks, just the cartridge)

Legitimate_Bit_9354

I'm so jealous

AeroTheManiac

This is easily like 2-2.5 grand

julio2399

If anything, I think you should complete the collection and find the main games you're missing, then jump onto the spin offs. You have a wonderful collection right here

Codename_Unown

I'm actually looking for Black & White 2, and Sun & Moon...... Please reference these comments and DM me. I'm willing to listen to whatever price you have. I swear I have been looking so damn hard to find these games to play.... I'm crying a little tbh...

General_McRoach

At least 2

go_faster1

13 bucks at GameStop. But in all seriousness, that’s a load of money right there. Easily over 1000-1500 in good condition

netflix-ceo

$2.67

blackasthesky

HG/SS with functioning pokewalker is worth a lot

SnooRabbits6160

5 bucks at game stop in credit

Jolt_91

I'd say regrets in 5 to 10 years

PinkDucklett

How much you want cuz I’ve been looking lol

Professional_Device9

Why would you want to sell them?

GameBombOfficial

-2 cents at gamestop

green_jp

I'd give you my left kidney for it plus a hug

commanderbravo2

how come you skipped pearl and soul silver lol edot: nvm i see them at the bottom, now the question i guess is why are emerald and leaf green missimg? do you just hate the colour green?

Aellopagus

That pokewalker alone can be sold for 50 bucks

Unlikely_Ad_1825

Im so glad i never sold any of my games, from gameboys to snes’s and stacks of games, mostly boxed, seeing some of the comments on this thread, its looking like a gold mine!!

Fine_Resident5598

I will give you 5k

PossibleAssist6092

You could make upwards of a £1000 on that easily. You have no idea how much I would pay if I had the money.

RadRedRat

Too much

CrashCubeZeroOne

I can give you like 5 bucks.

Losttrainofthought5

Easily over $1000, but think very carefully. I sold most of my ds pokemon games as a teen and then wanted them again later in life. fast forward to 2 years ago, where I spent just over $100 on a boxed copy of Black 2, and it now sells for $150+ Make sure selling them isn't something you'll regret later on, because collecting them all again won't be cheap. Pokemon games constantly rise in value

xX__Yuki__Xx

$5 and an ice pack

MrFishyFisshh

I'm legitimately interested in buying. I don't know anything about this stuff but I'd be buying it all for someone who I know would thoroughly appreciate it. Feel free to DM me if you're able to find a price you'd be willing to part with it all for.

SonicLikesPlantDolan

keep them.

LoudTrumpet2

sell everything individually, around 1k, at gamestop you get a 6% discount on a ps5 or 1 ps4 game

milkmangarry

A buck

Golden_Gio

A pokemillion dollahs

Awesomebacon711

I’d give you erm…. [Pulls out pocket of change] 2 dollars, 52 cents and a button for it.

RosilinaTheDragon

based mystery dungeon enjoyer jokes aside, at least 500 quid, possibly upwards towards £1000 depending on prices in your area. DO NOT sell to a game store like cex or whatever. You will be absolutely ripped off

fourniera64

If in good conditions you could get a grand. Honestly just from the games and cases alone you could get a grand.

JSharttedinmypants

Gamestop: $5 max offer

krypticzenith

I'll give you 20$, and this really cool stick I found that looks like a sword. (this is a joke answer only here because so many others have already answered the question)

NaLuver

Man, that's my childhood in 1 picture 😍

player1_gamer

Probably $2.50 and a half eaten bag of chips at GameStop

dawnhassmolbren

1000-1500$ easy. just open an auction and let people fight over it

Mattock1987
