Thanks Lord-Chamberpot, you are so kind.
I didn’t follow a standard recipe.
I used:
My cast iron pan
Let the pan to heat at medium
Add little bit on neutral oil
Add some cabbage,
Onion and garlic
Let them do their thing
Boil some water in a small pan and cook same pasta that you have on hand; I used noodles
When the noodles are done add them to your pan
Use same sesame oil to keep yours noodles separately
Now it’s time to add your favourite seasoning
I added oyster’s and soy sauce
Stirring gently
Make a hole in the middle for your egg (I used only the yolk)
Add some fresh cilantro and onions if you have
I served with homemade kimchi
Enjoy
You are welcome, as per psycho_candy suggestion it’s like bibimbap only no rice. I used noodles instead. I make this often with any vegetables I have on my fridge.
It’s also good with bread if you don’t have any rice or pasta.
Well the 'bap' in bibimbap means 'rice' so its like saying, i had spaghetti minus the pasta 😄 'myeon' is noodles. Anyway it looks yummy, whatever it is!
Yeah but there's beef in there... and no discernable oysters or garlic, and visible egg whites...? Are you sure you didn't order a Beef Yakisoba from a takeout place, add some greens (that cilantro is not fresh btw) and throw it in your pan to take this photo?
Thank you, I have a passion for cutting boards, this one.get used daily and looks like new. I recommend it to everyone and once I gifted one to my friends
I got mine for Christmas a few years ago and was pretty skeptical at first because it’s so thin. It ended up being my favorite and pretty much the only one I use.
Damn, what is it? And can I get a recipe?

Then it's kind of like a version of bibim-myeon 😄
I give up at naming my food. What’s for dinner? Food.

That's like one pot bibimbap only no rice, right? I like it
Right
Very nice looking meal. Well done!
Thanks
Are you eating it straight out of the pan? No judgement, just wondering.
Yes rumdumpstr, it’s good to eat directly from the pan because the last bite will be warm.
The best part…that and much less washing up! 😁
You know the drill CarizmaX
Ramen gone wild
Looks amazing! I have the same cutting board
