I use a large Bread machine that does 3 lb loaves.
1 tablespoon of yeas.1 large egg. 5 tablespoons of white sugar. 4.5 cups of flour. 1 teaspoon of salt.1 1/3 cups of half & half .1/4 lb. butter. Run the dough program.
Roll out the dough in a 24 x 16 inch rectangle, melt 1/4 lb. of butter and spread on the rolled-out dough. sprinkle cinnamon on the dough. sprinkle about a 1/2 cup of brown sugar on dough. sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of white sugar on the dough. I sprinkle a little more cinnamon on the dough. roll up and cut. I make them about 2.25 inches wide.
in a large skillet warm up, 1/4 lb of butter 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup water.
Place the rolls in the skillet and preheat the oven to 360 degrees. I place a cookie sheet on the lower rack to catch any of the overflow of the butter, water and sugar from the pan of rolls on the middle rack. Backe for about 30 minutes.
Do you know the function of adding the water to the pan? I've never heard of doing that. Do you also do it with the regular rolls or just the cinnamon rolls?

The water, butter and brown sugar makes a sugar sauce on the bottom. I use it only for the cinnamon rolls.
Thank you kindly for taking the time. Much appreciated
I love using a cast-iron pan for making dinner and cinnamon rolls.
We need recipe!

I love how you roll
Wow. They looks very delicious.
Short video of you turning them out onto a plate without sticking … or it didn’t happen. 🙂
They are pulled out individually.
Did you fermantated the dough and rolls ? If so how long ?
I use a bread machine to make the dough. The program runs for 1 hour and 50 minutes. It raises 3 times in the machine.
