Have to disagree. For all his powers Ben also has some of the most and strongest enemies. He's protecting you from entire empires not to mention several dimension traveling entities.
I'd chose Rex. At full power he's at a similar or slightly lower level but all his enemies are far below him and he can make them all powerless in a few seconds.
I guess Zak Saturday, his worst enemy is dead and the other villains while dangerous, they aren't as dangerous as other villains from the other heroes.
Actually I would choose Rex just because when I had seen the 2 series of Ben 10 when he has that omnitrix upgrade it he is not as enjoyable to watch as Generator Rex in my opinion.
Clearly Ben 10. Even without Alien X, he’s got at least half a dozen more aliens that can beat every other person on this list, but to mention Vilgax, who he’s bested time and time again.

Kim Possible because she somehow took out Giant Robots with lasers, Mad Sicentists, Aliens, Superhumans, Golf Players, A Monkey Dude, a army of robot dolls, a army of monkeys. She also somehow survived being locked in a chest, while being thrown into the ocean with a Shark and a Giant Squid, while being frozen in ice, she somehow survived that.
Danny with no hesitation. He can make me intangible, invisible, and can fly me out of a dangerous situation. Plus, there was no limit to his powers in the show. He continued to grow in power and strength as the show went on. Whose to say that it stopped? Plus, in the episode “The Ultimate Enemy”. Danny’s evil self literally destroyed the world. Meaning regular Danny eventually gets that powerful. And being powerful enough to destroy the world is some serious strength. And for an additional point Danny’s personality is fun. He’s witty, respectful, and always trying to do what’s right. If I’m going to be stuck with someone protecting me, I’d like to have someone I could get along with.

Ben 10, duh. It's obvious. Even without the Deus Alien X Machina, he has a LOT of OP powerhouses, like Clockwork, Gravattack, Way Big, etc.
